One of safe method when using electrical apparatuses is earthing systems. You can connect your material to these and they will relieve the current that is affecting to you.
When yours connected with them, with existing wire, they will become one parallel electric circuit. Resistance of the earthing systems are very smaller than human resistance. So, when you touch it, most of current will follow smaller resistance and disappear.
Nowadays, most of electric systems have the earthing systems. An example, the sockets have additional jack. These third are connected general earthing systems. They have been becoming closer with our lives.
