Lyna's Banh Xeo & Nuoc Mia

Good banh xeo and nuoc Mia (sugarcane drink). I've never had banh xeo like this before, they deep fry the banh xeo, tastes great, better than any banh xeo i've ever eaten in vietnam or america. Great place for a quick stop to eat, drink, and enjoy a cool breeze. A lot of locals come here at night, many order to go instead of sitting down.
It's right before the phu bai toll gate. Don't be put off by the location, food is clean. They serve other things but I mainly get the banh xeo and nuoc mia (sugarcane drink). Banh xeo costs 10k and nuoc mia costs 5k. They don't speak english, but they'll understand what you're tryna order. And I'd you're terrible at communicating, Google translate exists
