Recommended by my driver on this specialty in Hue. Simple yet yummy. The roast pork is yummy - crispy and just right.
The fish sauce with chilli is sweet and not spicy. The steam rice paper with fried shallots taste like kway chap in dry form.

One of the best meal I had during my stay in central Vietnam. I joined a bike tour my rider stopped here for lunch before heading to Hue. Tried their bạhn ướt together along with roast pork. The roast pork is crispy and balance (fatty and lean meat).

Stop for lunch here on the way from Danang to Hue. Recommended by our private car driver. Typical vietnamese local food. The roasted pork is fantastic. The skin is so crispy. The steam rice paper is very special, mixed together with the bean sprouts, salads and the sauce and eat it with the roasted pork. Simply amazing . Love it. The price is also cheap. Must try.

Perfectly cooked, delicious roasted pork accompanied by tasty rice noodles. The skin was extremely crispy/crunchy and the meat was nice and juicy with no “porky” off flavours.

Having tried many different places that sell Banh Uot Heo Quay but honestly, nowhere could compete against well-known grand Suu’s, where has the most scrumptious Banh Uot Heo Quay in Hue. Not only do they serve Banh Uot Heo Quay but beef porridge is also available. Besides steam rice paper and roasted pork, accompaniments including pickled bean sprouts, fresh veggies and dipping fish sauce also go along side which are totally for free. The verdict of this whole dish certainly is roasted pork, which has sophisticatedly cooked to be extremly moist and tender that instantly could melt in your mouth once you start chewing. Though the steam rice paper garnished with some crispy fried shallot on top are thin but you will be given a huge portion compared to a normal one. The dipping fish sauce has 2 types: sweet and salty one. However, they both have the perfect balance between saltiness and sweetness with some garlic and chilli chopped in, making it slightly mild. Overall, grand Suu’s has the wonderful quality that out of my intial expectation and I highly recommend you guys to come and try out this place in your trip to Hue city.

They got 2 things of food, wet rice cake strips( dipped in fish sauce) and spin roasted pork belly, and they exceeded in making these 2 things! The pork was super tasty and crunchy, the coconut juice was also amazingly fresh and tasty especially when drunk cold from the shell!

Very local eating place. We were the only foreigners in the restaurant. Food is yummy..not many options.. soft rice sheet served with roasted pork (or boiled pork slices), vege and herbs as condiments.

This is my second time eating grew within 5 years and both times were memorable eating their delicious Bánh cuống thịt heo nướng. Translated to roast pork with rice wraps, this is their specialty dish and they gave perfected it. Even with the sauces and the sides, they all complimented the main dish nicely.

Great menu served from 10pm as: “Banh Uot” with roasted pork, vegatables and price paper noddles. In the morning, there is speacial dish as “Chao Bo”.

Our taxi driver told us we had to go here on our way from da nang to hue. Incredible stop! $300k Vietnamese Dong for 4 people. Crispy pork belly and softest noodles. Our taxi driver says he does the 1 hour drive to eat here all the time!

If you ever visited Hue, this is the best place for you to try steam rice paper. For foreigners, this locates on AH1, on the trip from Hue to Da Nang, the restaurant will be on your right. The menu is limited with only steam rice paper served with either roasted pork or steam pork. There are two types of fish sauce, salty and sweet ones. Everyone can have their own portion so you don’t have to share your food. The food is amazing and the place is fairly clean for Vietnamese restaurant quality

Come back here after one year, i have eaten all delicious dishes in menu! So great!

TL;DR: Get that crispy roasted pork!

This is one of the hole in the wall kinda places. It's pretty big but there's no fancy decorations to welcome you into the restaurant. There's not even AC. When we visited at 2pm for late lunch, they only have one dish--flat rice noodles with different kinds of veggies and SUPER CRISPY roasted pork! Omg the skin was crispy and not oily. The meat was tender. They offered two different kinds of fish sauces. The one in the bowl was less strong and the one in the small sauce plate was strong and salty. I love love the roasted pork!

Aside from the pork, we also got lemonade. It's one of the best lemonades we had so far because it's refreshing without being super sweet. We also got their peanut snacks. It's light and crispy. We saw the other people buying it by the bulk so we try it too. Turned out it's better than the store bought packaged one.

I would come back again if there's a chance.

Delicious rice paper noodles have with pit roasted pork, vegetables, fermented sprout and fish sauce then mix them together, you will have a wonderful dish ever! Reasonable price only 2.3$ for a person. Quick service, good quality ingredients, just a little bit far from Hue city about 30km, but close to the way to Bach Ma national park. Highly recommended.
