Opting to rent the motorbike here turned out to be the perfect decision!
Communication with the shop was seamless, allowing me to adjust my schedule with ease. The service was exceptionally friendly, and the owner generously shared tips not only for navigating the island but also for using other buses on the mainland.
As a delightful bonus, I received a typical scarf as a gift during the rental—a really nice touch. Highly recommended!

Chris is really amazing and proactive.
I decided to spontaneously rent a scooter for 3 days and messaged via WhatsApp pretty late.
He responded quick and upon arrival everything was very smoothly too.
Everything has been explained beforehand and pickup was also very well.

He offered to deliver the scooter to our hotel but we only needed him to pick it up at the end which was no issue at all.

I would like recommend this motorbike rental agency. Owner and his wife were so kind in order returned the scooter late night. The price was reasonable, quality of equipment also was great.

Chris replied on whatsapp almost immediately. Within half an hour he delivered a bike to my hotel, which was great and worked perfectly. Kept in contact when I needed to extend my rental twice, and then collected the bike again when I was done. Ignore the review about not having a shop, Chris will sort you out.

We booked the motorbike for 2 days from them and the overall experience was very smooth.
They delivered the bike to us ~20 kms away from their and picked up as well. Unliked others they don't give empty tank, instead give about 2 bars of fuel. The price was very competitive as compared to other providers in the island

We're 110% satisfied with Chris.
1. The vehicle was clean, mechanically safe (newer tires, properly inflated, good working brakes, all lights including signals work, engine never turned off by itself, etc...)
2. Chris was beyond just the scooter rental owner. He was extremely helpful with suggesting places to visit, things to do in Phú Quốc

The motorcycle was brought to the hotel and picked up again. That made the rent a lot easier. Making contact was very easy and we quickly had a motorcycle. The motorcycle was in very good condition and it was a very cool and new model. The prices are very fair. I can recommend everyone to see Phu Quoc with a motorbike. This way you can see the entire island and get closer to the local life. The people in Vietnam are very helpful and accommodating. Its a very nice Country. See ya

These guys were very easy to deal with was able to organise us 4 scooters very quickly and made it very easy for us by dropping it off to us and picking it up from our hotel. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely would hire from them again.

Simple but so tasty. Recommended prawn spring rolls and pork pho. The lady staff who took order was nice and she can speak Thai!

Great price. I did some damage to the bike. But he was really nice guy and fair for the damage cost, so fair that I had to give him 200k extra

I liked this hotel. It's like a a resort. The hotel has a lot of tent shaped huts with cozy beds. However, I was given a bigger hut which was like a suite with attached bathroom. It had all the amenities like a smart TV, refreshing snacks, an AC etc. The only thing which I didn't like is that the huts are not packed, and you might see snails etc in your room which is weird. However, the girl at the reception was helpful and came to pick the snail out, though I found more snails at night on the door inside. One more good thing, you'll find a fluffy dog named Bó with which you can play. The views from the room was great, I was directly seeing the DaLat Cable Cars. Overall, it's a clean and green place. Highly recommended!!

Hiring a motorbike In Phu Quoc was a breeze with Chris. His exceptional English communication made the process seamless, and the thoughtful gesture of gifting my mum and I x2 handkerchiefs added a personal touch to our experience. Will definitely hire again.

We had two bikes delivered to our nearby hotel within 30 mins of WhatsApping the owner. The Bikes were in great condition and we had no issues during our rental.

Clean and airy noodle place with friendly staffs. The pho was amazing 🤤 (Would order another bowl if I wasn’t full) love the complementary cooling tea as well 🩵

Very good service and a kind owner! We rent a moterbike for 12 days in total. We started with 3 days, but extended it with another 9 days. Thank you for the great service, 10/10 would recommend! 👍
