Homestay A Lử - Mù Cang Chải

We stayed here for four nights during the Tet holiday and it was a very memorable experience. We had planned to stay only two nights but didn't realise that there were no buses over Tet, but it was no problem at all to extend our stay. The rooms and shared bathroom were basic but sufficient, and the view from the balcony is incredible. We were shown around the mountains and got to see the amazing scenery and mountain villages (there are motorbikes available to rent). The hosts were super nice and we were so grateful that they welcomed us into their homestay as the only foreign guests and invited us to celebrate Tet with them. The homecooked food was incredibly tasty and our hosts helped us with all our needs.
All in all, a trip to Mu Cang Chai is worth it even just for this homestay, i would always choose it again.

The host Do An & Vun are lovely! I arrived to their home stay and Do An Carrie’s my bag for me, he was the first person in Vietnam to do this for me. He also showed me to the waterfall, which was kind. The waterfall is magic! I had a beautiful dinner with them and their son & friends! The room is comfortable and the bathroom is good too. Perfect for a solo backpacker!

Clean, friendly and charming place. Rooms are small but spotless, bathrooms are basic but well equipped. Van and Minh are the kindest and most helpful hosts -- they even went out of their way to cook special food for one member of our party! Van is an incredible cook and she taught us some things. Warm, genuine and loving people: it felt like a family holiday. Highly recommended if you want a taste of local daily life in the area instead of an arms'-length resort experience.

Very nice place to stay. It is not luxury but clean and quiet with beautiful mountain view.

Heel gezellige plaats! We verbleven hier 1 nacht, maar alles ging heel vlot. Hun Engels is niet zo goed, maar met google translate en wat gebaren lukt alles. Ze probeerde echt te helpen. Kamers waren basic maar schoon.

Rất tốt, tầng 1 có 2 phòng khép kín giá 250-300k tùy thời điểm, tầng 2 có 4 phòng riêng và 1 p cộng đồng, đỗ đc 2&3 xe ôtô, nằm ở ngay đầu tt Mù Cang Chải nên dễ tìm

Mới. Sạch . Đẹp. Chủ nhà thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Hướng dẫn du lịch tận tình, chu đáo. Ẩm thực vùng miền đặc sắc. Nếu muốn ăn gì thêm hoặc nhậu cùng anh chủ cứ việc nói nhỏ với ảnh. Bao vui luôn 😁

Anh chị chủ rất tốt bụng và nhiệt tình. Chất lượng phòng ở cao, giá phải chăng.
