Friendly staff. Reception speaks English fluently enough.

Please note: If you don't like smoking, your room can be filled with it overnight due to other guests smoking, not sure. Leave your bathroom fan on to avoid this issue.

Nice new hotel, okay staff, and very good rooms. There is an 8th floor restaurant that has a basic free breakfast, not the best. Motorcycle parking is outside, and not secure, but we didn’t have any problems. Good place to stop on the way to or from Phong Nha.

i have a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. converient position with free breakfast, my room overlooks the river. i could see entirely the town from the window. facility is good and really new. i hope i'll come back here someday

This hotel is very comfortable and clean, with buffet breakfast and a really new gym and beautiful pubblic gym inside the building, thanks to the cheerful staff. Hope to come back one day

This hotel in a small city is truly exceptional! The service is perfect, with a diverse and delicious in-room dinner menu, and a chef willing to cater to any culinary request. The staff's friendliness and support reflect the passion and friendliness of the owner, dedicated to contributing to his hometown by building an excellent hotel. As a bonus, the owner willing to provide me and also any other guests a free car for guests to explore. Ask him anything if you want to get support, he will be there very quickly. You won't find another hotel like this in the area—highly recommended!

Je recommande cette hôtel l’accueil est vraiment incroyable directement du propriétaire Nguyen Anh Ngoc. Il nous a fait visiter la ville gratuitement et nous a fait de très bonne recommandation. En plus les chambres sont très confortable 😎
