Minh Thanh Pagoda

It’s giving major pastiche of all the Buddhist temples you’ve ever been to across Asia—but this pagoda is an impressive and visually-interesting place in Pleiku nonetheless. Special shout-out to the massive statues of the Four Heavenly Kings (Tứ Đại Thiên Vương) in the main temple.

Impressive pagoda in Pleiku, look like in Japan or Taiwan...but I search information it was inspired by Ly-Tran Buddhism architecture! Wonderful spending time here, unique place for praying and find peace in mind there. 🙏
Minh Thanh pagoda opens daily 7am-11am and 2pm to 5pm.

We had visited it during Tet holidays so good amount of crowd but it would be a serene place during off days.

This could be THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PAGODA IN THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS. As soon as I went there, I was STUNNED. The pagoda was very beautiful under the shining sun. It looked like something out of a dream! OVERALL, 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR TOURISTS WHO LOVE BEAUTIFUL PAGODAS.

Definitely a place to stop while in Pleiku. It is really different than most of pagodas you can visit in Vietnam, more impressive, fine decorations. it is not historically relevant but still enjoyable to see and admire. I would estimate around 30 minutes to visit, though you can definitely stay longer if you want to relax/chill and enjoy the peaceful garden and pond.

Buddhist temple has Japanese architectural temple style but there are so many small temples dense in the small area that makes the environment is closed and cramped

A truly peaceful place in quite hectic city and great destination to take rest and spend some time on reflecting the life. Very pictures que too so make sure you bring your camera!
My favourite part were the status, their faces so real and hypotizing.
Part of the pagoda is closed right now due to renovation but it is still worth visiting.
The only minus is the fact that all information board are Vietnamese only... So for foreigners the place is just to be admired but not much educative.
Entrance is free and there's a parking where you can left the bike.

Im so in love with this place. The best temple I’ve seen in Vietnam. It remains all the detail of time. When I came it was under maintenance and the main area was closed. We will comeback one day to see this beauty again.

This place is amazing!! I wish that huge new building was ready when I visited but I will be back so definitely looking forward to see it. many things to see inside a small lake, nice statues. Amazing structures. Even some monks building the decorations day by day :)

A beautiful pagoda, worth a visit (of about 1 hour) if you are in the area.
That Buddhist temple, abundant with statues and special constructions is located in a large open garden. It's a lovely place for anyone who loves pagodas.

Outstanding view, beautiful detailed sculptures, should check which date that pagoda allows for full visit
