Nice place to try, single dish restaurant.

Very tasty food, the broth has a beef taste to it but not the same as the usual "phở".
What makes the dish here great is because they use the right size for the noodle and the meat is pretty tender.
The noodle is thin so it absorbs all the gravy and sauce nicely

It is pretty nice one I must say. I have tried this particular dish somewhere else which is quite similar but of course it’s better to try Phở khô Gia Lai in Gia Lai province

A bit too salty (my taste) but the balance is just perfect with fresh herb, quick-boil been sprout. Homemade soya milk is so-so.

Wonderful unique two bowl Pho restaurant. Very famous and a must try if you are visiting Pleiku!! It's always a little busy, so they just keep cooking and it makes the wait time almost zero. Highly recommend any time of the day.
