I recently had an amazing experience at a bicycle shop in Ninh Binh, Vietnam, and I couldn't wait to share my thoughts. This shop deserves all the recognition for their exceptional service and well-maintained bikes.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Even though their English wasn't fluent, they put in a tremendous effort to assist me with my bicycle rental needs. Their dedication and willingness to help truly stood out.

What impressed me even more was the owner's (a lady) involvement. Despite the language barrier, she took the time to communicate with me over the phone and provided clear and friendly instructions. Her commitment to ensuring a smooth experience was evident, and I really appreciated her kindness.

The bicycles they offered were in excellent condition, and it was clear that they take great care of their fleet. This attention to detail made my cycling journey around Ninh Binh an absolute joy. The well-maintained bikes added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip, and I can't thank the shop enough for that.

We rented 2 MTB in the shop. I recommend this shop 100%. They have serious stuff at the correct price. You can rent a standard cycle or MTB depending on the distance you plan to do around Nin Binh. The lady from the shop was really sweety with us, she speaks English very well and she also has really good taste in Music from France ahah. Thanks a lot !

The best bike rental in all of Nin Binh. The lady is very nice and speaks great English. For two bikes for the day we paid 160k super fair price. The lady behind the bikes lent us a phone holder for free. we did 40 kilometers and the bikes were very efficient. at the end, I will add that the owner makes delicious coffee, be sure to take coffee in addition to bikes!!’

The place is great and the owners really nice! They opened their place for me to rent a bike within 5 minutes despite having a lunch break. I was given a really good bicycle for a really good price. I highly recommend this place! :)

Bikes were great, would advise hiring if you're in a Homestay as they're much better quality. Shop owners were kind and had great communication. Even if we were to drop them off after the shop shut, the owners were willing to open up to take the bikes back in. They even helped book us a taxi after we had dropped them off. Would recommend!

We rented 2 bikes for day and both of them were in very good condition. We did about 30km and we were very satisfied. We recommend. Price is very good for the quality you’re getting.

I was sorted out with a smooth-riding, large Trek commuter bike. The service was very good, the hire price extremely reasonable and the bike worked well. The deal will be done via Google Translate but I think he’s used to dealing with non-Vietnamese speaking tourists. Choose a hotel near the river so you don’t have to walk to far to the shop. There is ZERO need to go on an organized tour. Get your own hire bike from this shop and use google maps to navigate. It’ll be far more rewarding and cheaper as well.

Good price for bike rent. We rented two bikes and drove to Tam Coc and back to Ninh Binh. The bikes were in good condition and the staff were very pleasant. I can highly recommend that you rent your bikes here if you are in Ninh Binh.

Nice owners! We rented two bikes for a few hours. No issues with them and they were in excellent condition. Very affordable and a nice way to see Ninh Binh :)

I recommend this place the rent a bicycle.
The bicycle that I rented was too small for me. The break’s didn't inspired my full trust, but they were working.
They have much better bike for sale than for renting.
But still, i didn’t have any issue with the bicycle and i was able to make more than 100 k in 2 days.

Easy to rent mountain bikes from here. Initially told the cost would be 120k for the day and we used 2 for around 5 hours. We got back and they only charged us 100k per bike. Really good place.

The guy who fixes bikes is across the street but doesn't speak English, the store will assist in translation. Fixed broken spoke wobbly wheel in 10 minutes for 50k dong (2$ usd)

We hired 2 mountain bikes for 3 days. It was a brilliant way to explore Ninh Binh. The quality was good, the Duc Huy team were super friendly, flexible and efficient. We recommend Duc Huy!

Very sweet and helpful owners. Rented 3 bikes without gear for a day for 80 a bike. Worked perfectly fine even on the bumpy roads!

So helpful!! I was on a bicycle trip and near Ninh Binh when my gear shifter broke. The owner was extremely helpful in fixing my bike and making sure I was totally satisfied. He has all of the parts to fix nice mountain bikes, his mechanics are very knowledgeable, and his wife speaks very good English. I would highly recommend this bike shop. Thank you!!
