Pilgrimage Center of Our Lady of La Vang

A Great place and a lot of history which is not being told to visitors by the tour guides. They blame all destruction the bombing on the US and South Vietnam in the 2d Offensive battle without telling how much they the North ruined it the first time. I am 1 of a few who had been there as a 18 year old Crew Chief on a UH1H Helicopter. It is so different now and the temple is all new. It's still a remarkable experience.

Great pilgrimage place for people of all faith. Inclusive and great atmosphere closed to the faith! If you want to have daily mass you would have to travel with pilgrim groups organized by pastors with proper reservation for the space.

Beautiful Catholic church remains and buildings that are still in the process of being built. Wish we had a bit longer to look around but time was limited when visiting on a tour. There is a gift shop to support them located in the big blue building, but there's no real signage for it, I just happened to stumble upon it.

Aside from the miraculous events that occurred here, the nuns here are living miracles of grace, beauty, love, and kindness. Support them at the gift shop. The mega MEGA church structure here is about 40% complete as of February 2023 but sooo impressive already. Amazing acoustics.

Very beautiful shrine of Our Lady. People from all over the country came to celebrate the love and the care of the Mother of the Church who came to the rescue and protected the people as they were persecuted and hunted by the Emperor's men.

A very large Vietnamese Marian center. Commemoration and pilgrimage destination for Catholics from around the world.

A beautiful church, with a old burned down by the war in front of a grand cathedral behind. The nutns will provide meals when requested.

Visited this pilgrimage centre in end 2015. It was raining when we arrived. Nevertheless, armed with our umbrellas, we went to explore the centre. Amazing artwork, design, sculpture and meticulous finishing adorned our beautiful statue of our Blessed Lady, radiating hope for all mankind, where she once appeared to the people of La Vang during a dark moment in history. Had the opportunity to visit the shop in this centre to buy lovely handmade rosaries from the friendly sisters.

Peacefully and comfortably, I'm connecting to the nature with mother Mary.
