GREAT gym. The equipment selection is top of the line with a good variety including multiple squat racks/deadlift platform, turf, and bumper plates. Very clean. Highly recommend

Great gym. Very well equipped for all types of workouts - body building, cross fit, power lifting, etc. Nice, new, clean equipment with a broad range of options and everything works perfectly. I’d happily work out here regularly if I lived in the city and would definitely suggest it for anyone visiting the area. Very affordable drop in rate at 100k (approx $6 CAD). Other points: Good wifi. Cash only. Water refill available.

Two notable things that threw the experience off a bit:
1. When I arrived, the staff member (or maybe he's the owner) was insistent that I give a 5 star review on Google prior to entering the gym. I politely declined and said I'd like to use the gym before rating it and he hesitantly agreed. Just an odd first impression -- especially since the gym deserves five stars. It isn't something you should force on your customers before they are even inside.
2. The same staff member was working out with his friends for most of my workout. Their energy was great, music was loud, there is AC in the facility but they had it off and lots of fans running. No issues with the hot temperature outside. After their workout ended and it was just me and one other person working out, the fans were turned off and music too (which is less of an issue since most people wear headphones). Perhaps they forgot about us in the upstairs area, but it got a lot warmer in the gym for my last 15 minutes. If you go here, I'd suggest asking them to at least run the fans when you are there -- they are quite effective.

Overall, I still felt it was a 5-star experience and a really good gym. I'd happily come back here again or I'd try Win Fitness, which seems to have a lot of equipment also and is half the price (50k).

As a tourist, this gym has great equipment and is the perfect gym for a holiday workout. I was impressed with the standard of equipment and the politeness of the staff, particularly for non-Vietnamese speaking people.

They got everything you need for a holiday workout. DB up to 40kg, lots of different grips and handles, kind of a functional area and proper machines.

BB Gym is very affordable, has good aesthetic and the equipment is new and nice. Also the staff are very friendly. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good workout in Ninh Binh!

Great gym. Had everything you need. Dumbells up to 40kg. Barbell weights up to 150kg. Hip thrust machine is a nice bonus.

It is aircondition3d but still quite warm. 100k entry is good value. Not sure why all the reviews people are so tight... it's like $4 people!!

Very clean and tidy

Very nice gym! Good equipment. Helpful staff. People came helping with exercises without asking when I was close to failure. Day pass was 100k Dong, which is reasonable in my opinion.

The gym gave me a free water to do a 5* review. But it is actually quite good. Have boxing pads, bags, gloves, wraps and body shield. 100k vnd for 1 session.

It was really fabulous to discover and come by this gym. The owner was warmly welcoming us and extremely friendly! Highly recommended!

Great gym, CrossFit style area along with good machines not just the usual. Good amount of space and clean. 100k at the moment for entry.

Went here a couple times while travelling in Ninh Binh. All the equipment you need, chill vibes and not too expensive. Highly recommended.
