The office is on the main street, so easy to find it on map. The location is in center city, it is helpful for meal, fashion, food,...if you want them.
The staffs are friendly. They always try to support you best and give you all solutions for your problems.

Cat Ba Discovery Tours makes it really easy to get on and off the island. No bus transfers at the ferry, pick ups/drop offs at the various hotels.

Things ran smoothly and on time given the number of pick ups/drop offs.

It requires a certain touch to make sure tourists get where they are going, don't miss buses, get back on after rest stops and still have a good time.

Thai, the guy who kept everything rolling and titrated smiling in the Cat Ba to Hanoi run should be singled out as simple awesome!

Très bonne agence de transport ! Les personnes sont serviable, il est possible d'attendre confortablement entre 2 transport, et l'hotesse à l'accueil parle suffisament bien anglais pour communiquer et se faire comprendre.

Wir sind von Cat Ba nach Ninh Binh gefahren. Gebucht haben wir den Transfer im Büro von SapaExpress in Cat Ba. Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt. Es gab eine Pause an einer Raststätte und der Bus hielt in Ninh Binh und Tam Coc. Es gibt Wifi im Bus und eine Flasche Wasser. Kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
