We had an exceptional Hoi An experience with Thuy. It was more like spending time with an old friend who was proud to show off her city rather than what you might expect from a mere tour guide. She is very knowledgeable, eager to share, enthusiastic, articulate, attentive & patient, flexible, a good listener, never in a hurry, and often funny. She is open about her own life, has insightful perspectives on Vietnam and local history & culture, and is an excellent storyteller. Her English is impeccable. I cannot recommend her highly enough - would give her 10 stars if I could!

On our first trip to Vietnam, we were fortunate to have such an informed, articulate and fun guide in Phoebe. A really lovely person. She brought us to places that we would never have accessed without her knowledge. Always on time; nothing was ever a problem. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Phoebe is a great friend; we thoroughly enjoyed touring with her. She helped us navigate Da Nang and Hoi An. She was flexible, accommodating, considerate of all our needs, and very informative. Communication with her was very easy and she was always prompt to answer all my texts and calls.

We did one of a kind unique experiences, learnt history and had fun every step of the way. We may have asked way too many questions about day to day Vietnamese life/culture/government, but Phoebe was always gracious and honest and we felt like we gotten to know Vietnam and her people and history a little bit more. She played with the children (ages 5,7,9,11) and also helped my elderly mother whenever there were more daunting physical tasks. 💯 percent recommend her to anyone and everyone!

We booked with Phoebe at the very last minute. She customized the tour to fit our needs. Phoebe - our English speaking guide was very informative, cheerful and a joy to be around. She recommended many restaurants and cafes to us which we hope to explore in the next few days. Would highly recommend Phoebe to anyone who wants to make the most of their time in central Vietnam.

Phoebe was an amazing tour guide! She picked us up from the hotel and took us around, we went to Ba Na Hills and the marble temples. She was really patient (we are a big family haha) and really thoughtful with my parents. She made our stay in Hoi An a great experience :)

I had a great morning with my guide (Phoebe) on the hidden gems of Hoi An tour.

We visited places that I would never have discovered by myself, such as the old well and an alley where Cao Lau noodles were made.

I also had a crack at making white rose dumplings, which was memorable but what I loved most was being introduced to red bean porridge for breakfast!

No issues with communication at all, both before and during the tour. Phoebe is warm, friendly, funny and she seemed genuinely interested in getting to know my background (well, she made me feel that way haha)

If I was to go back, I would choose one of the other tours offered by Phoebe for sure.

We toured through Ba Na Hills at Da Nang, In Vietnam, with Minh Thuy.
It was truly a wonderful experience, we loved each bit of it and specially the way we were welcomed and greeted by Thuy all along the tour.
She is so knowledgeable and knows every detail about what she’s saying, she was just nonchalantly responding to all our questions and curiosities regarding all details!
Would definitely recommend everybody to go for this Tour specially with Thuy.
The place is so beautiful and it ended up being even better because of the way we were shown everything by Thuy.

Thuy is a warm and friendly guide whom our family really appreciate for our maiden Vietnam holiday. We spent the whole day with her on tours and experiences and it felt comfortable and enjoyable. Thuy is sincere and pleasant, definitely recommended!!

We had such a great tour. Completely customizable and they looked after a group of 7 of us with teenagers too. We left a bag in the car and they got it hand delivered to our hotel in Hue. Highly recommend if you want local knowledge and information. Great experience.
