Hung Phuc Mui Ne Hotel

Spent 5 nights at this place. Can recommended enough. Great place, brothers who run the place super polit, and speak fluent English.my room was on the top floor with wrapped around balcony with sea view, close to bus station, and all sorts of restaurants right on the front of hotel, beautifully arrange
courtyard with lots of flowers.Hope to go back again.

We had the loveliest stay at Hung Phuc after a full day of travel. The owner is one of the nicest people we have met on our full trip so far (2 months in), was able to answer all our questions, and did everything he could to make our stay the best. The room has aircon and fan, a decent shower, comfy bed and is super clean. WiFi worked without faults and we even had a view of the sea!

Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable nights stay in Mui Ne:)

We arrived at 3am. Phuc the owner met us with a smile and got us right to our room. Air conditioning was on and ready. The room is exactly like the photos. Very clean Hotel. The staff is amazing. everything we needed was taken care of. Very close to food and convenience store on the property. It was a pleasure to stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Jimmy and his family were extremely kind and excellent hosts. We were always greeted with a smile and they gave us a lot of useful information for the area. The room was clean and spacious with a lot of natural light. Definitely recommend!

The Fairy Stream is literally located right next door, but other attractions are a little ways out. Recommend getting a scooter (there is a place across the street) if you want to get around, but be wary of the traffic police in town.

Best hotel in Mùi Nè. Loved it here and already planning to book again for my trip back ❤

We will review the hotel in three areas: Facility/Room, Location and Service/Attitude

FACILTIY/ROOM
This is a budget hotel with the potential to be 2 or 3 stars, but will require additional injection of capitals. Overall, the owner of this hotel keeps up with the maintenance. The majority of low end hotels fall into disarray within few years of operation.
The room has high ceiling, hence additional personal space for the occupants. The room we booked has a window that brought in plenty of sunlight. It is furnished with solid wood furniture and the amenities are very basic of a typical 1-star hotel.
The bed is very comfortable and clean in comparison to its peers. In the last few years, many low end hotels in Vietnam participate in the “HOURLY” rental to the locals for the business of the birds and the bees. As a result, the reuse of bed linens can be a problem for the daily rental visitors.
This hotel does not seem to be participated in this “LOVE” business.

LOCATION
“Hung Phuc Mu Ne Hotel” is strategically located within the walking distance to the beach, favorite coffee shops, cheap restaurants, tours services and convenient stores. Note, this is a lay-back beach town.

SERVICE/ATTITUDE
This hotel is operated by the family matriarch and her young son. The son is very friendly and speaks English. He is the main reason for many foreign visitors who came to this hotel feel comfortable and safe. Any concerns and general inquiries are fully addressed in English.
Many low end hotels in Vietnam will not have English speaking receptionist.

Overall, we would give “Hung Phuc Mu Ne Hotel” a 4.5 rating for the experience 2 nights of stay.

For the price, this place was great. The location is debatable. I'd say it's ideal, because it's quiet, you can literally overlook the Fairy Stream, a popular tourist attraction, and it's about 2 minutes' walking distance from the beach.

The beach isn't the best, it's a typical Vietnam beach where this hotel is located - littered with some trash and the like - but a few minutes walk down the beach and you are near the much better kept area. Either way it's fine.

Lots of food and stuff around the hotel so you don't need to worry about that, and easy to get to tourist things like a day trip on a Jeep.

The hotel itself is very clean. You are required to take your shoes off which I love, and they re-do your room and make it smell wonderfully fresh every time you walk in. A/C works fine along with everything else, though the shower is a little weak.
The bed is comfortable - especially comparing to where I'm from, China - and the room is unnecessarily big!

The best thing about this place was the Concierge whose English was pristine, his knowledge and attitude were just as good. He was happy to help with bikes, tours, exchange, all with a smile and a cool approach.

The gates close somewhere around midnight, but you just ring the bell and a smiling guard guy will open it for you, he even let us go into their shop and buy some snacks, no problem.

Overall, you aren't going wrong by choosing this place. There's no pool or whatever but what do you expect for the price? I'm guessing most people coming here are here for the beach and exploration, not the hotel gambling parlor.

Largest and cleanest place we’ve stayed in SE Asia, run by a really friendly and helpful family! Rooms are extremely comfortable, and at a great price. Only a short 7-8 min drive (50k Dong) from the nightclubs, and a short 10 min walk to the food court. Closeby are some great restaurants, and you’re also a very, very short walk from the must see fairy stream! They also helped us book our bus to the next city which we really appreciate :)

Great staff. They did not only help us with booking transports but they also explained many important things of Vietnam history and about current events. The other is new, clean and beautiful. One of the best I had during my 3 months trip, and great value for your money. Would be nice if they would also organize tours, which I guess they will start doing soon.

The owner's son speaks very good english, and most of all, he is extremely welcoming.

Cleanliness of the room and house is of top notch too. Everything is as white as can be from the bedsheets to the walls.

Location is not a problem as he rents out his own motorbikes for tenants. In fact, he even provided some safety precautions to me beforehand on how to safeguard against bike theft and other safety issues, which were really useful.

We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Muine!

A great brilliant budget hotel in a quiet area of Mui Ne. The rooms were so clean with fresh smelling bedding and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. Located about a 10 min walk from the food market and right next to the fairy stream. Would definitely stay again.

It's a very clean and well maintained hotel. Simple facilities, but big rooms! There is also a small supermarket attached. The owner speaks good English and is very helpful! It's a little distance from the town centre, but a nice area with some food places around. If you're taking a bus by Futa express, the bus station is just a 5 minutes walk away!

Spanking clean, convenient location, for a really good price. The entire building was so white and pristine you wouldnt even want to dirty eat. Probably cleaner than a hospital. The only thing that was dirty was the dog. The dog looked like it was sick and needed a cleanup.

The receptionist speaks excellent English and gave good recommendations. The hotel is located right beside the Fairy Springs. Highly recommended.

For the money you get spacious and clean room with AC, bathroom was large as well - same as everywhere with that shower next to toilet. Bed is not softest one but was soft enough to sleep. Location: next to the fairy stream, right in front of it's entrance. It was ok to sleep at night, not noisy at all! Recommend!

Great stay in a welcoming hotel in Mui Né.
The owners speaks very good english and that is a good point here in Vietnam. There are helpful and always smiling.

Owner is so helpful and nice. He speaks very good english. If you stay here make sure to book all your day trips and buses through the owner as he will sure you get the best deals. Rooms were very clean and beds were good.

Super clean and well presented rooms. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Perfect location to explore the region and coast. Perfect for using as a base. Would def recommend this family run business.
Ps vegetarian restaurant down the road Phap dueng down the road is a must visit too.
