Pandanus Resort

A wonderful resort surrounded by nature, where all needs are considered in detail. It is very organized and professionally managed. The dedication of the employees is admirable. I was amazed by the beach and the sound of the waves. The open buffet breakfast had really rich content and everything was delicious.
The resort organizes a free guided city tour, I highly recommend you to join. Thank you to all the staff for their wonderful hospitality.

Our company spent a team building trip here. It’s more like a retreat.
Rooms are spacious and clean with big bathrooms. Mini bar snacks and drinks are free. Free refill on fresh water.
Food is good with reasonable price at a resort.
Staff is super helpful and friendly.
Beautiful beach with a beach-sport school nearby.
Nice pool, not very crowded in the early morning. But too much Clo in the water.

It was a very beautiful experience.. the resort is really big , clean and beautiful.. the service is very welcoming as well and they are trying to give the maximum.. resort have everything that i can use everyday.. from swimming pools , games , gym , bar .. etc ..so overall it was a really good experience.. the food is good as well .. i can recommend it for staying there and just enjoy the weather and the mood

Great location, great beach, well kept, beautiful resort.
Main swimming pool is huge, but the second pool has a bar. Live band was very entertaining.

One good thing I liked about the resort is that the staff is friendly and very helpful. But if you are a DIY kinda person, they provide you with stuff to help yourself - e.g water dispenser on the corridors so that you may fill your own bottles before outdoor activities (even though the minibar has water bottles that are stocked for free everyday), has a broom in the room if you want to move aside all the dust to one side, cup noodles (part of minibar, so free) incase you are hungry but not looking to walk over to the cafe or spend - eventhough food is really good and inexpensive.

Didn't see many young people here during this first week of December. Mostly older people and retirees - seem to be popular among those.

Easy access to lots of water sports.

Breakfast spread is huge (included in the room charges). Wine and cheese reception during evening is an added bonus.

Christmas decorations at the resort were cute. Many instagrammable locations inside the resort and on the beach.

We attended the cooking class - it was well organized and we loved the food that we prepared. The Vietnamese iced coffee that they serve was great as well.

Nice place to visit. This is our second time to visit this resort. Especially during the dry season(from dec to jan) is the best choice for kite surfing and take a rest. The restaurant doesn’t offer enough menu to family guests but other service can cover it.
I will visit again.

Marvelous place. The resort is at the beach. Delicious food, excellent service, clean and spacious rooms. Late afternoon and evening is windy, best for kites not so for sunbathing.

The room was spacious and the garden and pools are beautiful. We really enjoyed the Stardust band and complimentary yoga, tai chi, bowling, billiard, wine, water, pepsi, beer and juice. Great bonuses! We only wished that the band would play a few hours longer (ended 21.30 and 21 for the barbeque on Saturday). We arrived at the barbeque one hour after it started and some of the foods were looking forward to were already out (pork and chicken skewers and ginger for the sushi for example)

The restaurants are a bit far but the free shuttle bus from the hotel is convenient and taxis are cheap in Mui Ne

The excursions arranged by the hotel are a bit pricey for Mui Ne price level and since there was no tour guide

Overall we were very happy and can recommend this hotel

Great place but beware, there were many inconsiderate (German) sunbed hoggers. Two nice pools, lovely beach location although too windy/choppy for ocean swimming.

Rooom is not 5 star level but should be compared to all old hotel/resorts in Phan Thiết. itis clean clean

The room is cosy and nice, the staff very kind and helpful, all the foods are very tasty, the pool and beach very clean.

Absolutely amazing 3 days we have spent here. The whole experience is unbelievable. A big Thank you to all the staff who have made stay magical.

It's resort hotel. Nice environment and atmosphere. The location is just near red sands. It was very comfortable.

Excellent breakaway for family. Resort has their own beach which is a HUGE benefit.

Beautiful location with lots of trees. The pool is nice. There are lots of food for breakfast and are all delicious. There are also rooms for billiards, table tennis, and a gym. Overall a good place to have a vacation.

My first impression is the Champa architecture ( an ancient kingdom) with large cover of green space. The place is filled with lots of coconut trees. Great sandy beaches. Friendly and helpful staff. One plus is that the beverage and snacks are totally free (when i did the check-in, the receptionist told me that right away). I read some reviews complaining about 🕊 (fly). I must admit there are just few but not many or that i was lucky :)). Live music at waterfall lounge. I love the couples: female vocals and male guitarist also vocalist. They are really nice, the male artists is really funny. I definitely recommend this place. Will come back some time soon. June 2nd 2023

The resort itself and it's staff, are excellent. They are friendly and willing to help. We had a small issue we needed to fix while staying here (nothing to do with the resort) the staff was very willing to lend a hand getting it sorted. The resort itself is beautiful, the grounds and facilities are well maintained and beautiful to walk around in. My only complaint is that there isn't much nearby outside the resort.

Stayed here 2 nights in family suite before TET. Room is very big and well maintained, surprised with refill of free minibar. Beach is clean and wide, resort itself is big and the garden is beautiful and well maintained.

*Down side: saw some hair inside the entry of room; didn't see life guard on the beach; restaurant staffs lack of smile.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, will come back.
