Great experience here. As we are backpacking we were hesitant to pay for the ATV but the woman let us get one for 600,000 between two people worked out okay. It was definitely worth it, stopped for sunrise then continued on the ATV down the huge sand dunes! Very thrilling experience and 100% worth the money!

Landscape is beautiful and worth seeing, makes the red sand dunes look like nothing!

You should go there only by car or quadricycle. Which is quite expensive. Can’t say worth it. Maybe for people who like extreme staff. The desert was very breathtaking with the lake. I always dream to see oasis.

Awesome place! You have experience of being in a little desert. Great views from the top of the hills. Just expect to get a lot of sand blown to you as it’s quite windy. Should try the ATV ride which is pretty cool and thrilling. The sand-sliding which costs 50k vnd for unlimited ride is also recommended. I could do only one slide because it’s very tiring to climb back up.
Highly recommended!

Nice place. However, it's super hot. Do bring sunscreen, shades, and hat/cap. Do wear light clothings. Rental for jeep (800k for up to 6 pax), atv (600k up to 2 pax). Nice and unique experience, recommended to visit and try the jeep ride driven by their driver. You can choose to sit in front or at the back (open roof). The toilet was clean. You will be given wet wipes after the ride. You can choose to dine in there too, but we did not as we were on a klook tour. Spent an hour plus here.

Amazing sand dunes for sunrise!

800k to drive the ATV yourself “2ppl max” so worked out 400k each - 20mins

300k pp to ride in the back.

Beautiful place, so worth coming. Sunrise is awesome. You can’t see much at sunrise as it’s so dark, but when the sun comes over the horizon it’s a spectacular sight. I believe that it is worth paying the quad bike. I think it’s 600k pp but try and barter them. They took us on a rollercoaster of a ride around the dunes! Definitely woke me up XD. There are some spectacular views of dunes, a lake and wind turbines. What an epic start to a day.

A good place to visit. You should go early in the morning to watch the sunrise and experience off-road vehicles. The sand is clean without trash and has a slope that is suitable for strong feelings. Off-road vehicle price for 2 people: 600 thousand VND and 800 thousand VND for self-driving.

very good. It was so beautiful as I had never seen the desert before. Originally, I liked walking, so I didn't want to use the ATV here, so I did a self-desert tour of the White Sand Dunes by walking, but it was too difficult. I don't like spending money on unnecessary things, but here I recommend paying to use the ATV.

It is a tricky situation to choose between ATV and car ride. We took the car ride and boy it was a roller coaster indeed. We were a group of 6 people and it costed is 800000 VND. It is essential to have a scarf as the sand and wind are quite harsh. The locals can actually place a store for the scarfs on a rental basis which would help a lot of people to enjoy the experience. So in car there is no time restriction. They take you to the top of the sand dunes and you have plenty of time to take snaps. Then there is a lake where they take you as well and no time restriction there as well. In ATV however, it’s a 20 min ride and you can keep riding the bike for 20 mins. Both the schemes have the same price. So it’s ever up to you to choose.

Taking a motorbike from Mui Ne to here was well worth it. Awesome trip!

I knew that Vietnam is a beautifully diverse country but I didn't expect "a Dubai-like" experience in the heart of Mui Ne. First things first, we rented a quadbike and went for a pedal-to-the-metal wild ride. After that, I took pictures of Vietnamese ordinary stuff like white dunes, camel and people struggling with sand and wind in their eyes. :)

Better than red send dunes. We rented a quad with a driver for 600 000 dong and it was so much fun!

Beautiful place to see. You go up to the hills with ATV’s which costs 800K vnd and 20 mins ride with the driver sitting next to you and supervising. ATV ride is definitely worth the money. You can go by walk also no need to pay but walking over the sands would be not easy.

Not lucky to see the sunrise, ATV is very fun and exciting, however it was quite expensive, need 300k VND for each person.

Absolutely gorgeous spot to catch a sunrise or sunset. You can rent a scooter and make your way in yourself or go on a tour. Tours are nothing special. So if you are confident on a scooter I’d recommend renting and save a few hundred thousand dong.

OMG DO THE QUAD BIKING!! Cost 800k for me and my partner to drive the large Quad. A driver also joined us, we both drove for about 15 minutes and then he drove us for the last 10. IT WAS CRAZY, he was such a good driver, taking us down all the big dunes and even drove on 2 wheels! He was going about 85km/h! If you’re going to the dunes, make sure to do this! It was incredible! Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was a young lad, maybe mid 20s!! Try and get him to drive you!!! We rented a moped and drove our selves instead of doing the tour, the tour didn’t include the price of the Quad bike so we drove 40 minutes to the Dunes! So worth it

It’s really beautiful and worth to go. You can hire a Jeep Tour Service (around 4 hours) for around 500k VND, it can sit for 4-6 persons.

Yellow color Jeep is the best color for photo shooting, you can request from them 😜.

The Jeep Tour Service will bring you for photo shooting in the front of sea, visit this White Sand Dunes (you need to pay 600k VND for each ATV service, each ATV can sit 2 persons), Windmill, and also Red Sand Dunes.

Visited over the lunar new year and ultimately had the place to ourselves! This is about 40 minute scooter ride from accommodation Lac House. The dunes are fairly large and can be toured on ATV or dune buggy style vehicle. Guide was on the back which was not preferred but necessary I suppose, as descending the dunes was a little precarious. After the first go I felt comfortable to do it again and with some speed! Guide stops for photos and is very friendly. Thank you for the tour!

The white sand dunes is about 60 km away from Phan Thiet City. A thrilling jeep ride (up to 5 ppl) is best for watching the sunset. Walking up and down the sand dunes is possible, but it's an adrenaline rush to rent a jeep or quad bike for going down a steep slope. You have to hold very tight and be prepared for the wind that blows all the sand to your face.
