I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Saffron restaurant in Banyan Tree Hotel in Vietnam, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. From start to finish, everything was just perfect.

First of all, the food was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and complex, and every dish was beautifully presented.

What really made the experience stand out, however, was the amazing service. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations, which really enhanced our dining experience.

But what really blew us away was when the chef herself came out to greet us and ask how our meal was. It was such a nice touch and really made us feel valued as customers. We could tell that she takes great pride in her food and wants her customers to have the best possible experience.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Saffron restaurant to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience. The food is fantastic, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is lovely. Thank you to the entire Saffron team for making our evening so special!

Saffron restaurant has left an impressive mark on my culinary journey with its excellent food, high-quality ingredients, and top-notch culinary skills of the chefs. The delightful combination of exquisite flavors and stunning presentation makes every dish a masterpiece.

The restaurant's design and interior decor amazed me. The ambiance was elegant, yet inviting, with a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and warmth. However, what truly stole the show was the expansive ocean views that captured the restaurant's setting.

The service at Saffron was nothing short of impeccable. Our waitress, Miss Nhung, stood out with her attentiveness, knowledge, and genuine warmth. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she effortlessly made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our meal. Miss Nhung's exceptional service certainly made our dinner memorable.

The food at Saffron surpassed all expectations. Every dish showcased the mastery of the chefs, who meticulously crafted each plate with skill and creativity. The ingredients used were of the highest quality, resulting in flavors that were simply divine. From the succulent seafood to the perfectly cooked meats, every bite was a revelation.

Saffron restaurant is undoubtedly a destination that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.

If I could rate this restaurant a 6/5 I would! Everything about this restaurant is special. From the food to the drinks to the service, I had such a great experience! I cant recommend this restaurant enough. We enjoyed the fried chicken starter, soft shell crab special main and beef main, and finished off with (arguably the best part) crème brûlée flight! Throughout the dinner we also received additional foods including a delicious mango sorbet and fruit and tea set. We spent around $120 USD for 2 people all in, including drinks and 4 dishes. Thank you to the kind staff and chef who created such a special night for us :) also the fresh coconut juice comes in a whole coconut and it's AMAZZZINGGG!

The fried rice is a must order! Great customer service and food were tasty and authentic. There’s 3 different type of rice to taste and us refillable! We enjoyed both an incredible dinner and an exceptional cooking class at Saffron with Chef Sivanart Wiphaphakanan.
Everything was delicious but the tom yum soup, tom kha gai soup, and massaman curry were particularly outstanding dishes when eating at the restaurant.

The cooking class was unforgettable and we learnt three recipes with the talented and attentive Chef Sivanart Wiphaphakanan:
Tom kha gai,
Phad kaprao nua, and
Kao niew mamuang.

We left with detailed recipe cards, full stomachs, and great memories. We can't recommend it enough. Thank you.

Magical restaurant located in the heart of Banyan Tree Lang Co, it was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Saffron serves thailand cuisine, and the chef will come out to greet you and make sure the food was to your taste- we like our food spicy and asked for all the dishes to be extra hot, and she did exactly that!

What a wonderful experience, from the amazing pink-blue sunset to the tasty (as well as aesthetically pleasing) food.

Warmly greeted and had our names at our table. Food was great! We had the curry with soft shell crab. Love the richness though i would prefer it to be a little bit more spicy hehe. Chef came and introduced herself.

The restaurant is on top of the hill. Unless you are happy to hike up, book a free buggy in advance.

The level of service at the restaurant was impeccable! The staff were welcoming and friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

The food was very good. I have been eating Thai food all my life, but was still impressed by the quality of the dishes, especially the Thai beef salad. Aroy mak!

Altogether a wonderful experience. The only bad thing was that we only ate here on the last night of our stay and therefore cannot go for a repeat visit.
