Really worth the price 700k for 4 including breakfast.
Nice, clean, spacious room with aircon, fridge, dressing table, coffee table, wardrobe, and slippers. Hot water available in the kitchen (saw that there was also laundry service). The exterior was colorful & cute with a small pond & trees in the middle.
Breakfast (we had breads) was delicious 😋 bed was comfy with extra blankets provided by landlord. They were sympathetic & supportive towards our problems.
Motorbike rental available at 150k/day (no gas - half day available) but make sure to check the bike before rent. One bike we rent that consumed more gas than the other one. Other foods were available too.
The only thing maybe it's a lil far from center, but Buon Me Thuot is small so there'll be no problem with the motorbikes.

Every time I stepped out of the room, I immediately saw a small garden, with green trees and a school of Koi fish swimming around.
The staff are nice and friendly. They answered questions quickly, recommended attractions and places to eat local specialties. Supported by providing free small items such as a big nylon bag. Change the wet door mat quickly when required.
Strong wifi.
The homestay has a kitchen area with free use of utensils and a free drinking water purifier.
Good room amenities. There were a few points that needed fixing and improvement, like the shower stand was broken, the front door of the room was dripping water frequently, the mattress was a bit thin, and the room had mosquitoes.
Motorbike scooter for rent at 150k /day.

Just stayed here for a few nights. very lovely place that is a small oases in Vietnam. Really calm atmosphere. Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean rooms, hot shower, good ac and great breakfast. We really liked this place and highly recommended to stay here.

Be aware, the coffee that you want at breakfast is good, but comes at an extra charge. (still cheap).'They also have a laundry service. (30k per kilo)

Unfortunately we stayed only one night in this perfect homestay! The rooms are modern and clean, with aircon, fridge and tv, there is a shared kitchen and a wonderful garden with a little fish pond and a seating area. The courtyard with parking space for motorbikes gets locked at night so everything is perfectly safe.

A tad better than I expected.

Have a chance to visit here last Lunar new year holiday for a trip of 4 days. This place was so amazing, clean, nice and help us a lot for renting a scooter or suggesting place to visit Buon Ma Thuat. Highly recommend this homestay!!! What a beautiful homestay I need!

Phòng đơn hơn nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi.
Ac chủ rất chu đáo, nhiệt tình và vui vẻ.

🏠Homestay nhỏ nhỏ xinh xinh nằm trên đường Hồ Giáo, khá mát mẻ, nhiều cây cối. Homestay decor xinh xẻo dễ thương, chị chủ rất thân thiện và dễ mến.
✅Tụi mình ở phòng đôi, phòng còn mới và sạch sẽ, có sẵn bàn chải đánh răng, khăn tắm, máy sấy tóc. Trong phòng có hộp đồ ăn vặt giá tiền cũng khá hợp lý. Nước thì được dùng free nha mọi người.
🍀Tụi mình đến sớm, chưa tới giờ check in nhận phòng, chị chủ vẫn hỗ trợ cho tụi mình gửi đồ, rửa mặt thay quần áo, thuê xe đi chơi. 10 điểm cho sự thân thiện này.
💸Giá phòng đôi ngày bình thường là 360k/ngày, tụi mình ở ngày Lễ là 410k/ngày. Phí thuê xe máy: 120k/ngày đối với xe số, 150k/ngày với xe ga.

Khuôn viên đẹp, có phong cách. Từ chị chủ đến chú bảo vệ vs mấy chị tại home đều dễ thương. M tối đầu tiên đc up lên phòng gia đình Zan 07 ( có gác xép ) do hết phòng nhỏ. Tuy nhiên có mấy điểm m thấy nên khắc phục như sau :
- cầu thang lên phòng gác mái ầm dã man, đi nhẹ vẫn kêu ah. Sàn gác mái có vẻ chung san vs tầng 2 của khu bếp, nếu có ng đi ở khu nhà bếp lên tầng trên thì xác định ầm ồn khỏi ngủ luôn.
- phòng hơi bí, tối ngủ muốn mở cửa sổ cũng hơi lo vì thoáng quá k có chắn cửa.
- m ở 2 đêm tại phòng nhỏ k thấy dọn phòng hoặc thay khăn, chắc có lẽ phải đề xuất.
Hên là ở Zan mấy bữa đều ít người nên thoải mái. Vườn Zan trời mưa vs buổi tối đẹp hợ rất nhiều.
Mấy mục vậy thui chứ lần sau đến BMT vẫn ghé ở Zan :)
