We inquired the service through Google chat and owners responded quickly. They charged 18k Đồng/kg with no additional cost of pickup and drop off at hotel. There’s no minimum driving distance or minimum clothes weight requested. For 5.9kg, our total bill was 109k Đồng to wash, dry and hand folded. Excellent service and affordable price. Highly recommended!

Used their service once when I was in Da Nang, enquired through the Chat function on Google Maps and they were responsive! English is OK for them through the chat. I had a few stains on a white sweater that I did not mention but the sweater came back without any stains!! Clothes were still warm when they delivered it back to me. 5/5!

Wonderful and charming couple! I just walked by and found them on the way to the convenience store. He offered to give me a ride to the store, waited for me buy my stuff, took me back to my hotel nearby to pick up my dirty laundry and drove back. You can tell these are kind people just by talking with them. Support them and bring your business here!
