The hotel has seen better days. It's run-down, old, and cleanliness is subpar.

We were assigned a room with a fire escape featuring doors that couldn't be locked, giving a rather peculiar feeling falling asleep there. Naturally, a green EXIT sign illuminated our room throughout.

I requested a meat- and egg-free breakfast at the reception, but, of course, we were served sausage and fried eggs in the morning.

Fortunately, we only stayed there for one night.

Extremely hard bed. Extremely noisy from both outside the hotel and inside. TV had no reception. No decent restaurants nearby.

Mình có đặt phòng dùm khách thanh toán đầy đủ nhưng thay vì khuy là đó phải gọi liền để mình xử lý nhưng đến sáng mới gọi mình hỏi sau tối ko điện để giải quyết ngay thì bạn nói thông cảm này kia. Sáng mình đến hỏi tính tiền phòng giờ đc ko thì bảo ko khuya đó khách sạn ko liên hệ luôn tưởng nhận phòng rồi này kiểu như muốn nuốt tiền của khách luôn ời , ăn trên đầu trên cổ luôn

** Phòng: tầng 5 mưa bị tạt dột, đã vậy còn k có nước nóng
** Dịch vụ: nhân viên thân thiện nhưng còn so suất, đặt trước xe này lại giao xe khác, giờ check phòng lung tung, nhân viên lễ tân nghiệp vụ chưa chuyên nghiệp
