Fleur de Lys Resort & Spa Long Hai

Beautiful resort. However I want to focus my review to share some information on the gym / weight room / workout facilities.
The place is a bit small but given it is not under heavy use does suffice to do a workout on your own or with a partner.
The equipment in the training room includes:
- fixed weight barbels up to 40kg/88lbs
- fixed weight SZ barbels up to 40kg/88lbs
- pull up bars for different grip angles (neutral/palms in/palms out)
- two heavy cable towers in parallel with various attachments allowing for bench presses, rows, even squats due to the on attachment etc.
- a adjustable bench
- a treadmill; which they could throw out in my opinion because you can just run outside

Overall I think the equipment suffices to execute beginner to intermediate workouts as long as you can get a bit creative :)

Peace, comfort and relaxation - that's what you'll find at the Fleur de Lys resort. Villas and bungalows are located in a beautiful garden, which is looked after by more staff than there are accommodated guests. The almost endless beach is just for you and a few local fishermen, and when you long for the hustle and bustle of the streets, get on your bicycle and ride into town to the market.

Just visited here for a weekend out of the city and it was everything we expected!
Private beach area within walking distance from the pool and restaurant. The resort was very relaxing and well looked after by the staff.
The buffet breakfast was great as there was plenty of options!
Think we visited at a time when the resort was quiet so it was an even better experience!
Only thing I’d say is they put us in a room with a door joining to the next room. I know this is common everywhere, however, there was no lock. So we essentially stayed in a room where the next door people could (if they wanted to) go into our room, and vice Versa. There was a safe in the room but it’s still not the best feeling knowing someone could get into the room. I’ve attached photos of this.

My wife and I have been here for 4 days now and are having a great time. The resort is wonderful and the staff are the friendliest and most attentive we’ve experienced in Vietnam. We would recommend taking the cooking class as it’s very interesting and the chef’s are wonderful. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Vietnam.

Improvement, western food is often quite sweet. The location is not so close to good restaurant to plan your trip well.

Worth our 3 nights for a holiday.
Very well designed room, big and peaceful swimming pool, accessible path to the beach, nice and respectful staff, good equipment of safety at the swimming pool and the beach (the guard highly focus on his job which makes us feel reliable).

We were practically alone at this resort which was very tranquil and pleasant. Even if there were few guests, the staff did their very best to keep us happy, and providing great breakfast, food etc. Lovely pool area, clean and nice! We also loved the beach, being solitary and taking a swim in the lovely waves...
This was a happy surprise! We recommend trying the free bikes, and riding to town for restaurants (local food) and cafes.

Fabulous place
Rooms : spacious as per need. The theme of Santorini makes it minimalist but aesthetically beautiful. Comfortable.
The ambience of the resort is great.
The beach is a few steps away. Can enjoy a nice time with family on this private shore.
Restaurant: food tastes great .

The “meow” receptionist is very very cute !!!! The room is cozy, comfortable and clean ! The breakfast is delicious!

My girlfriend and I, had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were really moved by all the smiles and all the kind attentions from everyone from the staff. The hotel is very peaceful, really clean, quiet, beautiful, perfect for a time away from HCMC. It was the birthday of my girlfriend, and they had prepared a cute decoration on the bed. Gotta love the attention, Thank you very much to everyone from the team of the resort!!

It’s an enjoyable time during this summer. My kids like and love your swimming pool, comfortable room and charming garden. Im really impressed by your helpful and enthusiastic staffs. My family will comeback next trip. Just 2hrs driving from Saigon and not much far. We can save our time for experience in resort! 🥂

Really enjoy my stay with the kids. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. The room is cozy with nice looking design. Outdoor pool is spectaculous and I especially like the restaurant design and the fresh fruit drinks

Wonderful escape from the hot city streets of Saigon. Clean rooms, beautiful location and good food in the restaurant resulted in a refreshment of the soul. The kids loved it with its big and relatively shallow pool and a fabulous beach with waves that made a noise (and are good for jumping). Breakfast Buffet was great and indeed the breakfast choice when smaller customer numbers equally good. All the family did not want to leave (no-one stopped smiling our whole stay) and are now looking forward to a return visit.

We went there before the holidays before everyone arrived so it was really calm. The waves where really good. I recommend not to go outside the skull sign.

Good place to relax. The resort has their own clean and private beach. They have many type of rooms with a typical colour is white and blue. The decoration in the room is good. At night, you can choose outside bbq party instead of eating in the restaurant. This place suitable for couple, family, friends, company organzing a team building.

Best Resort in Long Hai

The resort is located on a small hill, very beautiful. The beach is flat, safe and charming. The resort seem better taken care than the last time I stayed, I personally appreciate this change. This place is quiet and very natural. Spa has its own nuances. Will come back next time!

This is a fairly quiet,small, exclusive resort about 90 minutes by road from Ho Chi Minh City. Its set on rising land going up from the beach, and comprises about 70 bungalows built into the rising ground. The gardens around the units and facilities are very nice. Not the place if you want action and night life....this is if you want pleace, quiet and tranquility. They have a very nice Spa and a very nice feature is the 90 minute daily spa/massage visit built into the price of the room. The restaurant is adjacent to and overlooks the beach and there are tables outside to enjoy the view and fresh air. Food is very adequate ( especially the breakfast buffet) , even if not at the gourmet level. We went end Dec 2016 as a family of 4, then my wife and I went back again 10 days later, just the 2 of us. We enjoyed it a lot and will probably return....the ease of getting there from HCM City is a big plus. The beach was clean, sandy and shallow gradient , making swimming safe. Very nice freshwater pool in the gardens. Staff very friendly and helpful. "Oasis" is a good term for this place.

One word of caution, especially if you are aged or not very agile....access to each unit is through the gardens on rocky steps.....have to be careful at night, or be very particular at selecting a cabin close to the beach and facilities.

Very good hotel, beautiful environment. Everything was petfect, even late check-in was possible for us and they organised our transportation to the airport. The food in their restaurant is also very good and you can buy tasty juices in the bar. Very good price per quality ratio.
