Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiết

Have been to mövenpick Phan thiet twice and I’m still very happy, especially with the food and beverage service:
The room service food and service in general are very good.
Also the bar service is great. the options of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks are great. All I tried was really delicious. Especially services at the bar is great.

We will definitely come back!

What happens if you combine the beach and luxury? You get Mövenpick.

Mövenpick resort is a hotel I wish I could've stayed for longer. The staff were friendly and provided us drinks in the lobby while we were checking in. The rooms were luxurious and the hotel itself was pirate-themed, matching the location that it is in. There were many fitting decorations, such as pirate ships, maps, and even the music matched the hotel theme!

I personally wished I could go here again. All the decorations and the activities to do here make this resort a must go to.

Large room, staffs are friendly and very kind, service is very good also, there is chocolate hour at 3pm with chocolate, fruit, dessert.
Breakfast has lot of food and drink.
Many activities include swimming pool, towel, kids play area...

SPECTACULAR HOTEL IN ALL ASPECTS
From the gorgeous, spacious and clean rooms to the wide array of amenities at the resort, this place deserves to be 5 stars!
We arrived VERY early for check in and was willing to pay but they waived the fee and gave us our room. The front desk service, luggage service and dining service staffs were polite, respectful and always helpful.
My niece’s birthday happened to fall during our stay there and they got a cake ready for us with room decorations.
The breakfast buffet was excellent with vast options of vietnamese and brunch foods. Excellent vietnamese coffee btw!
I caught a cold previously before the stay and there was an on-site nurse that came to my room to check on me.
There spa is very relaxing and reasonably priced.
If i ever come back to this region I will definitely book this hotel again!

I have experienced the Movenpick hotel chain in many places. But I think the service and rooms at Movenpick Phan Thiet to be the best. Although the beach is a bit far, in return the staff from the reception to the room are very cheerful and give enthusiastic advice. Especially the restaurant staff, very friendly and professional.
The breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes and is very delicious. Say thanks to the manager name's Alex for advising and serving our family the specialties here. We really like it and like your professional way of working. Hopefully Mr Alex and the entire restaurant staff will develop more successfully than now.
We will come back.

This resort will develop further as surrounding shops etc open. This is in a new, developing area. It would be good for families with kids as there are lots to keep them amused at the resort as well as the theme parks close by. I was solo adult so not interested in the children’s facilities. I will be interested to return in 12 months to see how the area develops.
As for the resort itself - the rooms were lovely and had great views. The staff were very friendly and always trying to impress. Ellie Front of House manager was great and without her help I may have booked the wrong Mövenpick in Phu Quoc that suited my needs. Thank you Ellie her knowledge was invaluable.
Suggestion: considering it is such a flat area and new roads it would be good to be able to use a bicycle if the resort had some for free or hire. Also a shuttle service into town or Mùi Ne would be good for a couple of reasons Because the resort is so far from town and Grab or taxi are a little difficult.

Welcome to a new bubble world. The hotel is amazing and built in a new development called NovaWorld. Around 15 minutes drive from the town and they are trying to get this development off the ground with a number of new beach clubs, Circus Land, Waterpark etc. to get a new “town” running and lively will take years but it’s a good effort. The hotel itself is great and if you book one of the executive family rooms they give you all day free drinks in the restaurant, access to lovely gym (where there is fresh fruit) and a 9th floor executive lounge (closed when I was there). Rooms are very spacious, staff the kindest I’ve bumped into (and Vietnamese are very kind already). There is a kid favorite chocolate snack time free to all guests at 3pm, two great pools and a pirate ship that gives a feeling of “wow” on day one. Internet is good, facilities spotless and new and every room has a sea view. It’s a bit of a bubble as it’s activities are limited to the couple of new activities built around the hotel and the restaurants that around. We booked an 11 day visit to this spot but I think that’s a little overkill. Most interesting things are 25 minutes by taxi if you like anything else then beach (spotlessly cleaned multiple times a day) and pool … can recommend this 5-star bubble world to anyone with kids for up to 7 days. Only feedback would be a tighter control on kids club in and out flow for smaller kids and more authentic wooden toys there as it’s all plastic stuff and someone with a bit more Montessori vibe can do a lot with that space for the kids.

A standout part of our stay was dining at the resort's new restaurant, Black Pearl. The Caribbean-style dishes surpassed our expectations, and the Caribbean jerk barbecue ribs were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, genuine, and simply irresistible. We highly recommend everyone to try Black Pearl – an experience that promises to be a culinary journey like no other.

What made our experience truly special was the fantastic gesture from the Black Pearl team – Kevin, Kim, Hien, Cuong, and Nguyen. Without us knowing, they arranged a lovely surprise by preparing a delightful birthday cake for our child. Seeing the genuine joy on our child's face was priceless, and we are extremely thankful for the caring and thoughtful attention from the restaurant's staff.

The teamwork and dedication of the Black Pearl team, led by Kevin, were outstanding. Their commitment to creating memorable moments for guests was evident, leaving a lasting impression on our hearts.

Excellent! Movenpick provided a unique and exciting experience for me and my family. The entire place is old world nautical themed, down to the very last detail. Staff were wonderful and very helpful, and the food was very delicious. Obviously, the water park next door is a huge attraction as well. Thanks Movenpick!

Just arrived after a “visa” delayed start to the holiday. The staff and hotel manager Lakmal are wonderful and have gone out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. We would highly recommend this hotel to families and those wanting a beach location. Special thanks to Tien, Chi & Nan for looking after us so well.

I went to their spa and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service. It’s was an excellent massage that untied the knots on my neck and back which I had from a terrible massage three weeks earlier. Vy was my therapist 😊
Location of this place can potentially be 5 ⭐ but for now it’s rather quiet without many restaurants and amenities.

We were impressed with the high quality service of Ms. Ngan who serves at the restaurant. She was very helpful and caring.

HAI. and all the receptionist were all friendly. and also the environment in here were totally satisfied including services. foods. and location as well.
Some I want to be here again with my family.

Decent hotel with quality room facilities, lot of fun activities for kids. Clean swimming pool. Seaview room has stunning sunrise view. Staffs are greatly friendly. Breakfast has a lot of food choices. Beach is not very clean in September but you probably won't get disappointed.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. The staff is really nice and helpful. I lost a pair of slippers in the swimming pool and the receptionist did not charge it for my stay. All of the FO staff are young, sweet and professional, such as Nhi Duty manager, Ms Bich, Hai, Loi,
Ken, Hoang, Giang… I certainly will return for the next trip.

within the last two months we have already been to the Mövenpick Phan Thiet twice with our family because we liked it so much. the hotel complex is very nicely designed, especially the ship and the shallow pool was perfect for our kids. the rooms are very nicely designed as well! We particularly liked the service and the food. A special thank you goes to Mr Lakmal who has looked after us and especially our children so well during this time. we will definitely come back very soon.

Stayed at Phan Thiet city before heading to Movenpick Hotel, was an eye opener. Thou Movenpick is situation further from city, it’s location is near the tourist restaurants and attractions, theme parks and beach. Room is well maintained and clean, nice design. Unfortunately could only stay for one night but was very enjoyable, especially the chocolate afternoon tea. Worth visiting 👍🏻
