Aroma Beach Resort & Spa

Don't trust the bad comments on Google, at least not all of them:) I asked reception what's happened over here and they explained me that there was a blogger who stayed at the resort who he had a bad experience and he asked followers to put 1 star on Google. I guess he is famous:)
Anyway, I stayed at the resort for 1 night on the beginning of November. The room was clean and big, bed comfortable. Staff were friendly.
I stayed at the cheapest room located at the tallest building resort has (don't remember the category name) the corridor of this building faces neighbors land and at 6 something AM they like to listen loud music. I woke up and couldn't sleep anymore.
It's only issue that i had during my stay. Next time I am there will book a room that do not face this lovely people.
Breakfast was fine for me, but my husband was not happy: they have big selection of Vietnamese food and only few options western dishes. But I got my sunny side up and I was happy with it. Chefs were super cool at the life stations.
They have 2 pools for kids and adults.
Beach was clean. For me they have the best seaside in muine.
If you like to stay at Sailing Club then you will find more issues, but you can't compare the price.
I was happy for what I got and what I paid except the music on the morning, but it was not resort fault.

I stayed here for two nights with a friend and we booked on the same day we arrived. Fortunately we got upgraded to a very nice bungalow. The room was amazing and had everything we were looking for! Service is also amazing, no complaints there. Everything was clean, breakfast was good and pool was very refreshing.

I'd like to make one remark regarding the facilities: the equipment in the gym definitely needs an overhaul.

The amount of 1 star reviews stand out. But look and see that most of them are by reviewers with less than 5 overall reviews and are then heavily upvoted. I do not know what is going on with these but what I know is that being a customer of Aroma I am delighted. Staff is extremely well trained, attentive and friendly; breakfast diverse with international options; amenities superbly taken care of; everything is in very good condition. Sunbeds facing the beach which is white sand at this patch of the Mui Ne strip. As others have mentioned the location is at the end of the strip so either take the free rental bikes for transport or taxi to get around, if you have the need to leave this beautiful resort. The gym is the only thing that is in poor condition, the dumbbells <10kg and cardio machines are functional.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely time at this hotel and it is unfortunate they have received so many bad reviews. It was our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful bungalow for free! They have a great 'all you can drink' deal available, the food was very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive.

This place is really beautiful with a great view from the infinity pool to the beach. The rooms are very spacious and nice. Also the service is super friendly even though the English skills are not great. The breakfast offers both Asian and western food so that everyone should be able to find a good option to choose. You can ignore the high amount of 1* rating as this is a campaign against the hotel and fake.

Great hotel, nice rooms, very clean. Nice staff and delicious food. Great beach area for sea lovers and direct access to it. Clean beach. Sauna and steam room a hit!!! Bikes do need some repair. Location good, but a little bit far to get to closest towns. This could be fixed by offering some shuttle service. Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel and will be back again... Thank you Aroma Hotel staff!!!

This place is amazing! We were sceptical with it being only 2 star on Google but honestly, it must have been a hate campaign trying to ruin what is a seriously amazing place to stay.
We were booked for a superior double and got upgraded to a bungalow. The service is the best we’ve ever experienced, so friendly, so willing to help, polite, super quick with whatever you want. Then along with that it’s just a beautiful place, loads of space. The 5 star places we’ve stayed in Europe have nothing on this place

We had a very great stay in Aroma Beach Resort. We spend here seven nights end of December and could easily spend more time here. Everything is spotless clean and the hospitality is fantastic. The pool and garden area let you enjoy the beautiful beach front. We where first confused about the bad reviews here on google but it’s totally not true as some followers of some YouTube guy playing some stupid game. No worries it’s absolutely worth being here.

Everything was perfect, from the staff to the rooms and the service. Very clean and well equipped rooms with tasteful interior and an eye for details. The pool area is one of a kind and the spa offers a lot of great treatments. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Mui Ne!

I’m quite surprised to see only 2.0 - our experience was definitely 5.0!

A beautiful resort so we extended our stay and would go back again.

The village room was spacious and had everything we needed. We used pretty much most of the facilities on the property: Gym (outdated, but it worked), played some pool/billiard and some volleyball in the mornings.

Super nice and lush green resort with 2 great pools right on the beach.

Any of our requests or questions were answered right away. We also booked a private Day Trip in Mui ne (4h) so we stopped in 4 different places. It was disappointing to get to White Dunes to find out that you have to pay extra for the ATV?
We also booked a bus to Saigon through the hotel and they took care of everything.

The food was good and there was a good variety. We just wanted to relax and chill, so we ate almost only at the hotel. We tried the free bikes ones day, but as they’re quite worn out, it wasn’t a good experience. Otherwise, It takes about 20min by taxi to get to the city.

We had such a lovely stay - the staff was super nice and helpful and if you just want to relax and chill, that’s the place. We would definitely go back and would book at least a week there :)

The resort is very beautiful.
The hotel complex is clean, well maintained and well signposted.
The pool is in front of the sea and everything is very clean.
The staff is very polite and accommodating.
The food in the hotel restaurant tasted ok.
I really liked it here and would come back again. :)

There are a lot of fake comments. The employees at the reception were very friendly (on other websites this hotel has a fantastic rating). We were even asked after the breakfast if there is something to improve :). In fact this is a great hotel with a big pool lovely rooms and a nice breakfast. From my point of view a fantastic choice. Location is a bit outside of town but if you want to get there you can take a cheap taxi or rent a scooter.

I was confused and worried by the 2-star rating on Google. But then I've figured out that the resort was received faked reviews by a scandal with a YouTuber which is unfair so I decided to give it a chance.
Our time at the resort was great 👍👍👍 we were greeted by friendly staff from the bellman to receptionist. Everyone is friendly, well-trained and supportive, even the check-in process took longer than expected but they upgraded our room to Bungalow with a beautiful room.
We love the pool with ocean view, breakfast buffet has variety of choices with local and western food. The vietnamese milk coffee is a must - try.
I appreciate the effort of the staff for bringing us a great time on our holiday. We definitely will come back to Aroma if we have a chance.
I think doing business going through the pandemic was hard enough and everyone is trying their best at their job everyday. If you haven't used the service, then you shouldn't leaving a bad review just because of watching a video at home and felt angry.

We spent 2 weeks in the resort and we enjoyed every minute! Beautiful room, garden the pools are great. There is table tennis, biliard, gym and sauna in the resort. Staff is very kind and polite, we will go back definitely.

The place : top. Room is new, clean, well designed and decorated. Pool is nice and clean. Spa is very nice and spacious. Garden and overall public spaces are very well maintained and cleaned. This place is a paradise.

Restaurant has excellent selection of food and desserts. Cocktails are superb. I got drunk a bit.

Breakfast is 1 km long line with all u can imagine. We love eating while enjoying the windy beach.

Gotta mention the staffs. Nothing normal. They go beyond our expectation. They are always friendly and polite. Relaxed and active. Caring but keeping the distance. I think they are perfect. They know what u want before u asked. Shoutout to this guy at the reception (and everywhere else we ran into him) he’s the best.

I aware of the communication crisis they had 4 years ago but my stay here were very decent. They have taken the comments seriously and the staff are very nice & friendly now. Lets give them a chance to recover the biz.

Beautiful and spacious Bungalow! The free buffet breakfast was great with choices of hot and cold food. The location is about 3 km walk to the main touristy area.The resort provides free loan one speed bicycle. However, it could be a challenge biking uphill on the way back for some. The taxi fare from the main touristy area to the resort is about $60000 VN dong=$3.50 US. I would consider it again for my next stay.

Wonderful Resort! We needed a spontaneous accomodation for two nights and the staff was very friendly and kindly showed us the available rooms. We ended up booking one of the bungalows and were really impressed with the modern and tasteful interior, cleanliness and the nice aroma therapy scent in our room. The pool area is super nice and has the perfect sea view. I recommend to get one of the spa treatments, too. For breakfast the hotel offers a variety of european and traditional vietnamese food as well as fresh fruit and veggies. Thank you for the perfect stay :-)

Don't trust the bad reviews written! we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had an excellent time, the rooms are so nice decorated, the staff is overly friendly and the breakfast buffett was also very tasty. Happy to come back one day
