There are another option of bigger normal room for big groups up to 20 people. Delicious foods. Celebration of Bana/Gia Lai traditional music will be performed by weekends.

Delicious food: sticky rice cooked in bamboo tubes, chicken grilled with Jarai spices in charcoal, local veggies especially young cassava leaves. Nicely decorated space in stilt house; friendly and artistic owners (both husband and wife can sing well in English, Vietnamese and Jarai languages)

The style, set up, and service was phenomenal! I love the whole idea! I am even inspired. I must visit something of the sort in the U.S.
The culture is altogether good for a foreigner. Very welcoming people!

As a chicken lover, I just adored the food. Pictures 'before' and 'after'.

Their special is whole chicken grilled to eat with bamboo rice. The rice is cooked in a bamboo stick so the texture is sticky and soft and have the special flavour from the bamboo. The rice bamboo stick is charcoal cooked, not boiled. This is the traditional foods of the farmers in the highland. When they go to the farm in the moutain, they would cook and eat this rice. Beware in mind the chicken can feel chewy for some Westerners but for locals delicious chicken should feel both tender and a bit chewy, but not too soft. We consider soft chickens are industrially farmed. They eat industrial foods. Delicious chicken are naturally farmed. They "run" and eat organic foods so their meat is chewy. They should not look so big and they are not easy to buy in the cities. So guys, pls enjoy the chewiness 😏

I’ve discovered this fantastic place to eat and drink! There is great traditional local food and delicious rice wine. he chicken is particularly tasty.
This is probably the only place in Pleiku where you can have a direct contact with the fascinating culture of the Jarai people, from the central highlands of Vietnam.
You can also find some interesting traditional handicrafts and hear many fascinating stories about the war a war veteran who can speak pretty good English. This is a truly unforgettable experience!
When you get to the restaurant ask for Biem to arrange it all for you... he will make your visit really worthwhile... and please be generous with these wonderful people, ‘cos they certainly deserve it!

This is the only restaurant in Pleiku and its suburbs where you can taste traditional Jarai food and traditional Jarai rice wine, a must in Pleiku!
