Gà nướng Plei Têng

We paid 320,000 for the grilled chicken, bamboo rice, sautéed veggies, fruit, and ice team. It’s clean and the staff are very friendly (but only speak Vietnamese). Each hut is separate so you get some privacy. We are from 3-4 pm and luckily they were open and quick to serve us.

🏕 This nice restaurant has the traditional ethnic highland style, typical cuisine. Inside there is spacious with many green trees, pristine style of stilt house & traditonally typical decoration.

🥗🍗🍢 Special dishes must try:
- grilled wild chicken ("Gà tre rừng nướng")
- grilled boar skewers ("heo rừng xiên nướng")
- grilled bamboo-tube rice.("Cơm lam nướng). It s mountain tribes use bamboo-tubes as a cooking vessel, after the rice is cooked, the bamboo-tube is broken open to remove the contents)
- wild vegetables with garlic.("Rau rừng xào tỏi")
- Accompanied by pounding salt with green leaves, lemongrass and chili. ("sốt rau lá ếch giã ớt")
- There is the traditional tasty wine called "Rượu Cần" .

⚡ Special numbers: there were nights of campfire, traditional ethnic dance and play an instrument called T’rưng

Delicious meals serves in traditional Jarai style and setting.

This chicken is so damn good. I don't even know what seasoning they used but there is a slight hint of American bbq sauce I swear. My mouth waters thinking about the chicken here.

My first inspiration! I took so many pictures. We were seated in house 5. This is Jai Rai culture. I respect it! The food was phenomenally amazing! There is nothing I do not like about the setup; absolutely nothing! My Vietnamese safe place! I can not wait to visit again 😁!
