Muong Bi Homestay (Uncle Lon - Luy Ai Village)

It is my favorite homestay in Vietnam so far.
I will remember Lon and Quyen for their warm hospitality and for the most delicious food.
It was a little bit noisy with the chicken run when I was there so you should wear ear plugs. But it doesn't matter that much as the rest of the experience is beautiful.
Everything is clean and the family is really helpful and radiant.
This homestay is so lovely and traditional, so relaxing that I stayed three night.

A great homestay.
The village is beautiful, wild, and peaceful. The place to stay is a small, beautiful, clean stilt house. The host is friendly and knows a lot about local culture. The food is fresh, clean, delicious. The homestay's chef can cook vegan dishes upon your request. You can also participate in many activities here such as: trekking, swimming in streams or waterfalls, cycling, fishing, becoming a real farmer (gardening, harvesting agricultural products, raising chickens/buffalo/. ..)

Hidden place. I found this village during my cycling recce.
Beautiful house, friendly and warm greeting family.
Quite and peaceful area.
Highly recommend to stay here and have experience with Muong people.

What a beautiful homestay and lovely people running it! You will sleep in a traditional house in a traditional village surrounded by nature!

The only negative point is that the mattrass is very hard and the diner was a bit overpriced (but very tasty)!

Other then that it is super clean and so peaceful! Would 100% recommend!

Me and a friend were traveling by motorcycle and we found this place by chance. We were very lucky. The family is adorable and the experience has been beautiful. It is close to incredible views; rice fields, rivers, mountains ... You can also take a walk through the village streets and play volleyball with locals. The food is exquisite, one of the best we have tasted in Vietnam, even being vegetarian. The bed has been humble but we have slept very well, they have anti-mosquito net and a big fan on the roof. Thanks for everything, we will miss you.

A beautiful Homestay in an authentic village. I slept here for 1 night. I had dinner together with the family (for a very reasonable price) and in the morning a great breakfast with pancakes and fruit. The daughter in law of the family speaks good English. Highly recommended!

I stayed 1 night at this homestay, it is indeed adorable. Hospitality and friendliness all arround. The food is just great. If you want to experience real rural life, forget Mai Chau and go to this place!

Great and rural place. We had a nice dinner, very,very big in size and great breakfast. The owners are amazing and very hospitable. Great experience for those who want to escape from the city.

This place is magic. Delightful family. Beautiful surroundings. The meal cooked was fantastic. I highly recommend this homestay.
