Vinpearl Golf Haiphong

Good reception on arrival.
We played both of the 18 holes course. Green was reasonable and course conditions was good. Sand bunkers were difficult with soft fine sand.
Caddie were friendly and helpful. Probably need more training from management to improve golfing knowledge.

Service was very nice, especially Hyunh Tan Luc from the front desk team. I had left my golf shoes in the course and Hyunh texted me over the next two days to sort out the logistics to get my shoes back. He wanted to go out of his way and personally go to a post office after work to pay for the delivery of my shoes which was really nice of him. In the end he was able to send my shoes to the ferry terminal and I picked the shoes up there. Thank you so much Hyunh for going the extra mile and being so easy to communicate with. The rest of the front desk also helped us with a great solution on transportation during the game day.

With regards to the course, it’s quite nice but challenging with the massive bunkers. The greens could be improved though as they were very dry, fast and not green when we were there.
