Alden Travel

We arrived in Chau Doc on the Saturday of the Lantern Festival and weren't sure where to go to book tours. Luckily, we found Alden Travel via Google Maps and messaged them straight away via WhatsApp. Tu replied almost instantly with the price and itinerary for Tra Su forest and let us know she could organise the tour for the next day.

We were blessed to have Tu herself as our guide! She has a wealth of tourism experience and local knowledge. Most importantly, she's so sweet and kind. She took care of everything during our tour to make our morning at the floating forest seamless, including taking lots of beautiful photos for us so we could just relax and enjoy the tranquil setting.

Our driver was also lovely and made sure we felt safe on our journey. The best car trip we have had in Vietnam.

After a bad experience with a motobike, I decided to rent a bicycle. And apparently it was meant to be. Because I rented a bicycle from Alden Travel. Duoc and Tu are very nice people, a married couple who were in touch with me and always answered my questions. They did their best to help me in any way they could. Duok helped me with my visa issues. Within two hours we went to Cambodia, put all the stamps in my passport and came back! On the way back to the hotel I was shown some sights, beautiful landscapes and led to a local cafe where you can eat pancakes! It was wonderful! Guys, it was a pleasure working with you. You are sincere, helpful people. I wish you prosperity, cool tourists, new discoveries and health to the whole family! I was lucky enough to come to you for my bicycle)

I needed a transfer across the border from Can Tho to Phnom Penh. My hotel gave me Alden Travel details.
Very prompt in communication.
Decided to use them and travelled by private car. They provided great service including Visa service at the Cambodian border.
A little nervous about paying by bank transfer but all was good.
Could not fault anything.

I contacted Alden by messenger, after hours on a Friday and got a quick reply from Tu very quickly. In an hour she had met up with us at our hotel and arranged everything we wanted to do plus car transport to our next destination. We were leaving Monday. This is a very high standard of service!
The tours covered a lot and were really great. Our guide, Duoc was very informative, easy to communicate with and took tons of photos for us.
Lastly, our driver Tay, was charming and smiley!

J'ai eu la chance de faire du vélo 2 fois avec Alden Travel pour découvrir la campagne de Chau Doc, une fois dans l’après-midi il y a 3 ans et une fois pendant la matinée il y a quelques jours. A chaque fois, les expériences sont différentes, mais toutes sont formidables! C'est une découverte lente, au plus près du quotidien de ses habitants. Pendant le trajet à vélo, nous nous arrêtons parfois pour nous promener dans les rizières verdoyantes, les étangs de fleurs de lotus, ou prendre des photos de buffles, de canards, ou prendre contact avec les paysants récoltant des tiges et des racines de lotus (servant de légumes), ou nous arrêtant chez l’habitant pour prendre un café, déguster quelques fruits frais de son jardin, …. C'était vraiment une super expérience pour moi !
Merci mille fois, chers Tu et Duoc pour votre soutien, votre gentillesse, vos belles photos, et surtout votre professionnalisme dans ce métier.

Một buổi chiều thú vị và bình yên khi trải nghiệm tour xe đạp cùng với Alden Travel. Anh Dược và chị Tú nhiệt tình, trách nhiệm, chuyên nghiệp và sẵn sàng chia sẻ mọi thông tin về các điểm đến. Anh chị gần gũi, không làm mình cảm giác có khoảng cách giữa hướng dẫn và khách hàng. Những điểm đến ở miền quê xinh đẹp, bình yên và cũng có nhiều điều mới mẻ như việc ngắm ao sen, đồng lúa, tham quan vườn mít, trang trại vịt,... Một chuyến đi tuyệt vời và rất đáng trải nghiệm.

Một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời thật sự, được đạp xe và nhìn ngắm miền quê bình yên, được trò chuyện với những người dân chân chất và được biết thêm về cuộc sống thôn quê. Hồi xưa, nghĩ tới Châu Đốc, mình chỉ nghĩ về chùa chiền thôi không nghĩ nơi này lại có nhiều cảnh đẹp như vậy, đẹp xỉu luôn á! Nhân viên của Alden Travel thì rất chuyên nghiệp, các bạn HDV bên đây thì rất hài hước và nhiệt tình, xứng đáng được 10 điểm. Thật sự cảm ơn Alden Travel và hẹn ngày gặp lại nhaaaa.

Alden Travel đón mình bằng một chuyến đi vô cùng chất lượng, chuyên nghiệp và gần gũi với rất nhiều trải nghiệm dân dã như: ngắm sen, lúa, tham thú vườn mít và hồ nuôi cá của 1 hộ gia đình nông dân chất phát,.... Kết thúc chuyến đi về miệt An Giang sông nước núi non trùng điệp với vô vàng kỷ niệm, mình sẽ quay trở lại và nếu có cơ hội thì những lần sau mình vẫn sẽ tin dùng sử dụng dịch vụ của Alden Travel.

Mme Tu Nguyen parle et écrit le français. Son aide nous a été précieuse pour résoudre mes problèmes de Visa. Très aimable, elle a été très efficace pour organiser nos visites et nos transferts( Cai Be/ Chau Doc, puis vers Ha Tien, Phu Quoc). Elle nous a confiés ensuite à un jeune guide anglophone d une grande exactitude, attentif à ce que nous le comprenions, et qui n 'a pas compté son temps lors de nos visites sur Chau Doc et ses environs (il a même pris qq photos pour nous).
Grande clarté concernant les prestations et leurs coûts, réponses immédiates à nos demandes, excellent suivi lors de nos transferts, exactitude .
Nous recommandons vivement Mme Tu Nguyen et son agence.

Nous avons passé 2 jours de visites avec Tú, excellente guide francophone très prévoyante et très claire sur les explications.
Visites complètes en bateau, vélo scooter et voiture privée: village Cham, temples et pagodes, village flottant avec pisciculture, balade dans les rizières et cours de cuisine avec Han! Merveilleuse découverte
