Wanted to order from their shopee store, but they redirected me to order direct, said they could give me a discount for some items. Items were delivered fast yes, but every item arrived covered in a thick layer of dust. Every item, from the soft toys to the spray bottles.

The total price came to be 10k less than a FULL PRICE shopee order(which I obviously could’ve gotten a discount on). They charged me the same price as listed on Shopee, which Shopee earns a commission on.

I could’ve saved 50k with vouchers on Shopee and still gotten buyer protection by Shopee. I agreed to deal with them direct, thinking they’d lower the price SINCE they don’t have to pay Shopee commission. But no, unlike previous stores I’ve bought from, they aren’t very honest. They would rather earn a little extra from the customer.
