Le Méridien Saigon

Great location, rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The bar was also very nice. Staff were kind and helpful - we loved our stay here! Wish the pool was a little bigger with more loungers, but that was a minor thing.

Beautiful hotel, nice river front location ( be very careful crossing the street to get to the river and the bridge). walking on the bridge was a lot of fun. I had access to the club lounge. The food was delicious, especially their fresh pastry. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to water taxi that takes you to a 30-45 minute cruise on the Saigon River. ( night cruise is great for the beautiful lighting on both sides of the river).

Here for dinner only. Lonely hotel and foyer with friendly staff that immediately showed us how to get to the restaurant. We were at The Lastest Recipe. It was busy, but we had a table within 10 minutes without a reservation. Staff were attentive, and food was excellent. My husband decided on the buffet and was amazed by the seafood choices. The meal was great.

Super modern equipped rooms, fast WiFi, fast elevators, beautiful view,..... and very friendly staff. This is the first impression out of 2 stays - so will be updated in some days.
Update:
Second stay in a room without river-view: construction of a new building ongoing that is quite noisy at night (so better choose river-view at the moment). Breakfast is great, with a good selection of fruits, juices and coffee creations and super friendly staff.

Wonderful experience. We stayed for 2 nights in the River View Suite and everything was perfect. Check in was smooth, staff explained everything and are very friendly and well informed. The suite was large, modern, well designed with all the necessary amenities. The view was particularly great looking directly onto the river and the bridge. It's also a great location, about a km from the city centre. The club lounge had an ample spread for both breakfast and evening snacks. Definitely recommend staying here for Saigon visits.

Excellent hotel with first class staff that are warm and welcoming. Beautiful rooms and lounge with delicious food. I would not stay anywhere else when we are in Vietnam. Already booked to come back next year. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!

Deserves 5 stars. Good service for VIP customers, many priorities. Beautifully decorated space, Buffet Diverse dishes from Asian to Western dishes. Quality. Spacious rooms with quality Bose speakers. Beautiful view

Bravo! Outstanding!!! I agree that this hotel is 5 star. The entire staff from Laundry to the very top is outstanding. The hotel is clean, well kept and proud. Staff is friendly, helpful, and simply great-I was there a month ago and will return. The executive lounge staff is exceptional, I was particularly impressed with Uyen. She is just delightful. Great hotel and people. Book it!!!

My stay at Le Meridien Saigon was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a strategic and easily accessible location. The check-in process was smooth, and as Bonvoy members, we had the privilege of checking in at the executive lounge. Upon arrival, the lounge staff promptly offered us drinks while processing our check-in.

The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and remarkably comfortable, with a splendid view of the grand river and the city of Saigon. The bathroom was pristine, the water pressure was strong, and the amenities were plentiful.

I also had the opportunity to dine at the Mezzanine restaurant for lunch. The menu offered a diverse range of options, and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff were notably friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience.

The pool and fitness facilities on the 9th floor were well-maintained and supervised by incredibly helpful staff. Checking out was a breeze, thanks to the efficient process and the assistance provided by the lounge staff, who took care of everything from the check-out process to arranging a taxi to the airport. This level of service truly elevated the overall experience.

Breakfast spread was good with many variety
Rooms were large and spacious, suggest to take the river view
Staffs were very hospitable and that made up for some of the operational issues like lift not able to access room floors properly.

Overall, we had a blast here and I highly recommend anyone to visit HCM to stay here

1. Location is far from Minimart. You need to walk 500 m. then you found anything you want.
2. Staff is very nice. Speaking very good English.
3. Gym has a nice machine from Life fitness and free weigh zone. There is free bottle water available and small tower.
4. Breakfast is good. Provided many choice. Close at 10.30 am

Stayed here as part of a work trip. Great service, breakfast buffet delicious and plenty of options, great coffee. The rooms are clean and comfortable! Conference center very accommodating. The staff goes out of their way to ensure you have what you need!

All the staff and the customer service is exceptional.
They greet every customers with a smile and they go out of their way to help their customers.
Special props to Vincent and Killian the two concierge agent of Le Meridien. They were awesome and they both show great customer service etiquette. And they care for their customers.
They help us book our events. Afterwards they remember us and asked how our event went. That show great care for their customers.

And to top it off the massage with Mai was the best I’ve ever had. She hit the right spot with the right amount of pressure.

Best experience at Le Meridien in Saigon and therefore highly - highly recommended this hotel!!

We traveled abroad with 7 month old baby for the first time and also coming to Vietnam for the first time.

Le Méridien and it's high standard service was the best option as we had special requests in refrigerating / freezing breast milk and frozen baby food thru Room Service (and bringing it up into room when needed). The staff are super helpful in accommodating these requests.

Concierge also helped me contact airline by patching me thru customer service when I had issues with my airline ticket. Don't know if I could have it solved without their help.

Dining area, although not very spacious, has the most helpful staff and very accommodating with baby chair.

Incredible stay at the Le Meridian. As a Platinum member they had me check in at the executive lounge which only took a few mins. We were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond for us! It made for a truly unforgettable stay! The Executive lounge had great food every night that rotated daily. Jennie and Jamie were so friendly at the lounge and extremely hard working. They had coconuts at the buffet as well!

The le meredien is located at scenic area, near the bridge. The hotel is well arranged, with christmas ambience was on. We had 2 rooms connected as family room.

Wow. Best bang for your buck here. The staff does so much for you, and the maid service is next level. Everyone is ultra professional and their executive lounge experience is actually an experience. Get the cafe sua da here, omg, it's a hidden gem. It's SO GOOD. The pastries are secretly soft and delicious as well.

Super central location in District 1. Grabs are cheap here, and shouldn't cost more than 50-70K to most places in the center metro area. Views are breathtaking.
