Beyond Vietnam

Linh is the best tour guide you can imagine! She knows Vietnamese food and Hanoian cuisine on her finger tips. She brought us to food stalls I wouldn’t have found on my own (there are so many food places in Hanoi!), and explained the dishes composition but also their history. And not like reciting a script, but like someone who has been eating hanoian food since childhood! 😂 It was much better than the one I tried some years ago. The tour lasted approx. 3h for 7 dished + coffee, and we really enjoyed.

The most knowledgeable person in regards to Vietnamese cuisine! her positive and bright energy will make your trip enjoyable🔆 her perfect English made me feel at ease the whole time highly recommend!💗

J'ai passé une excellente journée avec Linh, ma guide pour un food-tour à Hanoi. Linh est une personne très sympathique, passionnée et passionnante, qui connaît parfaitement la ville et sa gastronomie.

Au cours de notre visite, nous avons dégusté une grande variété de plats vietnamiens, dont des spécialités de Hanoi comme le Bun Cha, de supers Ban Cuon, un Pho qui m'a laissé un souvenir fantastique, et d'autres plats dont j'ai hélas oublié le nom ou l'orthographe...
Ce que je peu dire néanmoins c'est que cette visite était vraiment inoubliable.

Le seul point négatif, pour les francophones, est que Linh ne parle pas français. Cependant, Linh une excellente communicatrice et son anglais est très fluide et très facile à comprendre.

Je recommande vivement Linh à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la cuisine vietnamienne à Hanoi.
