I’ve been several times and I was never disappointed. The herbal bath does wonders to relax your muscles and a deep tissue massage or acupressure massage can target specific areas of your body.

The people here are all nice and caring and make sure you have a great experience. And if you are unsure about something while you’re here: Ask! They’re happy to help and adjust as you need.

And if you’re wondering: that’s one way glass around the bath. The other side is a mirror.

Loved the place. Went there twice. First time I did the signature day spa package (red dao herbal bath, herbal massage and facial treatment) and second time I had the dao massage. Everything was perfect.
The bath is very hot, so be careful. They provide you a towel and spa clothes for the massage afterwards.

Amazing experience. I got one of the packs that they have and it 100% worth it. The facial care is such an amazing treatment. They do really well. You have many options and they care a lot of you. Always with tea and cookies while you are waiting. I’ll come back for sure. I recommend you to book in advance before arrive.

i’m very happy as they could accommodate my request at the last moment and i was able to get treated by them, i almost fell asleep, the massage was super nice, herbal bath before the massage is a must!

Best place for self care I’ve been to in Hanoi. From the moment you enter the place you feel relaxed and well treated by the staff. It also has a plus: you are not only getting a massage or a treatment, you are also helping a small business with a great social cause. That makes it even better! Totally recommended.

The best massage place in Hanoi! You always can expect high quality here and a tranquil experience. The herbal bath is quite nice too, but I usually get the Daos massage. It’s a great price and a good massage. They also have package deals if you plan on coming often. Only complaint is I wish they’d give a deeper massage, but seems to depend on which therapist you get.

The setting was very nice with tranquil music. I was given tea when I arrived, then taken to get changed into a pair of shorts and a wrap shirt. My personal belongings were placed in a locker and I was given the key. The massage beds are separated by curtains and I was greeted by the masseuse who was very polite and friendly. I placed the key in a small basket, which is given back to you at the end of the session. The massage was excellent and the masseuse asked if the pressure was ok. At the end of the session I got changed and was given tea by the reception to relax. This was nice because I didn't feel rushed to get out. I definitely recommend this place to support the partially sighted and blind. They did a great job!

One of the best massages I have had. The gentleman who did the massage was very knowledgeable and professional, the reception staff were very friendly, and the place is clean. Worth coming here even though it is a bit away from the city centre.

I had here an amazing treatment - the red herbal bath and the zen massage. The staff is very friendly and helpful; specially the best and kindest therapist I’ve had in Southeast Asia so far, Xiem is a very sweet and gentil person, and an excellent professional, she really did it well! Best massage I have ever had. From the moment you walk in you are cared for and made to feel very relaxed. From the receptionist to the massage therapist we felt truly at peace. We both got the Swedish massage, I have TMJ pain so it was perfect for that, even at full pressure. Highly highly recommend.

For a 90 minute massage, it cost 410,000 VND. It is a little hard to find, down a little alleyway (see attached pictures). Very good massage with very attentive and friendly staff. They can get fully booked though so a reservation is a good idea. And they gave me some mushroom soup after the massage too.

Had many massages in Hanoi and Saigon, but my experience with Dao's was the best, professional and relaxing. Good value for money too.i recommend this place

I absolutely love this place for massage and/ or spa day! Customer service, massage, and herbal bath are amazing! I love the concept of how they train people with disabilities and give them another chance in life, and help them find their strengths and they are no different than anyone else!

Always a terrific experience. I particularly enjoyed my herbal massage by therapist 'men' today. Great skill, pressure and beautiful herbal pillow placement during massage.

Easily the best massage of my life. Can't speak highly enough of the staff and their talent, as well as the peacefulness of the space. My partner and I had 90-minute massages in a private room and it was a great way to escape Hanoi's noise. We'll be back for another massage before we leave Hanoi.

Wauw!!Best massage and service I ever had in asia ( thailand, Laos, vietnam) so far! The place is clean and peaceful, the service is very professional and good, the masseuse was so good, she really had skills and feeling for it. I will come back for sure!

Enjoyed my herbal bath and 90min dao massage. Requested for a strong massage, but was informed in advance that the masseuse available for my requested timeslot is only able to provide moderate pressure - this was accurate.
Really appreciate the transparency and communication before and during the massage which allowed expectations to be recognised and demonstrates accountability and honesty.
The massage was comfortable and soothing and I dozed off without realising.
I did not see the masseuse again after the massage and gave tips only after the massage together with the payment.
Also, gingerbons are delicious.

I'd recommend making an appointment early to ensure you are not disappointed as they may not have allocated manpower for last minute reservations.

My experience at Dao's Care was healing and tranquil. I first recieved a herbal bath where you feel like a biscuit in a cup of tea. I suffer from severe muscle and joint pain and this was instantly soothing to my aching back. I then went upstairs to have a facial and massage. My 90minute facial was amazing relieving pain in my jaw and cheeks. With sensitive and acne prone skin i had no issue with the products. The zen massage was wonderful and kept true to medium pressure. Everyone was so pleasent and made me feel very welcomed. I will return the next time I am in Hanoi!
