Their service is up and down , sometimes they are not sure what they are doing. They dyed the root of my hair and added more colour 2nd time to match with the rest of the hair and put lotion on my hair for hair steaming at the sametime. After that my scalp skin gets very sensitive and my hair is no better after the hair treatments, its very rough and dry
