So happy to find out a great hotel in our hometown Thanh Hoa. It would be perfect if you could set up a small play room to entertain the kids. Anyway we had a great stay here.

Last time I stayed at this hotel but encountered some terrible guest stayed next to my room and turned the music so loud.
This time when I checked in, the receptionist lady remembered this complaint and arranged me to a room without any neighbor. So quiet and so excellent of my stay!

The service at Melia Vinpearl is one that leaves a very strong impression. I have different issues whenever I stayed, but the service crew all had one service quality in common: patience with calmness

No matter how the situation was like - I have seen some guests shouting at the staff; I also had situations where I misunderstood them and was letting them having a piece of my mind - the service crew was able to handle and remain in control of these situations.

Pretty impressive, given the wide range of guests they are hosting from day to day, and especially when their service crew look very young.

Lovely stay here at a great price and value for money. Recommend upgrading to corner room

Food and drinks are nicely cooked and decorated.
There were very few people having lunch at the restaurant on the 34th floor when we visited.

This hotel has everything you could possibly need. Of course, everything is neat and clean. The decor is beautiful from the moment you walk into the lobby; the spa; pool area, and even the hallways are beautifully decorated.
The beat part of staying at Vinepearl is the people that work here. Everyone is very friendly, and they seek to get to know you. The staff will become your friends and they are interested in your daily activities. They will give you advice and directions if you choose to ask for it.
I stayed for 12 days, and every moment while I was here, I felt an individual appreciation from each staff member.
I could not have asked for a better experience.

Nice place and relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Nice city view. We will surely visit again. It's a good place for relaxing. The accomodation is superb.

Visited just for a night with my whole family (7 adults, 2 kids - 4 rooms). Great stay overall: nice standard Western style rooms, very good breakfast in the top floor restaurant, well maintained facilities e.g. heated pool. The kids were particularly fond of the koi pond in the lobby. Staff was a highlight: polite, attentive, professional.

If there's one thing I'd recommend to the hotel: consider speeding up check in and check out process. If you've got a credit card for incidentals, there's often no need for the guest to wait for the rooms to be inspected before checking out. But again, might just be a legal requirements, and I certainly didn't mind the 10 extra minutes next to the beautiful koi pond.

I stayed at Vinpearl for only one night while i visited my sis and nephew. I wish I had more time because this hotel is absolutely beautiful! I loved the wide open space, the quiet, cleanliness, design, and breakfast. There is a spa and pool which I hope to use upon my return. Thanh Hoa is not a particular tourist destination but Vinpesrl makes up by being a great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

The location was Great! The room was very clean with Great decoration, comfortable king bed, Spacious bathroom and very good audio and video system! Also there was free Wi-Fi in all the hotel premises! The breakfast & lunch was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!More

High CP value due to its 5 star level service and facilities. Breakfast is good as well, massage has excellent quality but very high price...... (without promotion). Sky bar is nice corner to enjoy city view and drink, but customers making noise was not stopped by staff... well, it's a bar..

Friendly and helpful staff. I made use of the day access to the pool. While it wasn't roof top or an infinity pool, it had some good city views. The washroom and locker area was great. If I visit Thanh Hoa again, I might book into the hotel.

I often went to "Melia Vinpearl Hotel Thanh Hoa" and enjoyed services which they offered. I was very impressed that they offered to their hotel guests and visitors a free cake and tea at their lobby before Christmas in 2019. I surely enjoyed their heart warming service, hospitality, and ambience of Christmas. Thanks!
In addition, please try their beef humbergar at their "Alma restaurant," it's the best humbergar in town. You would definitely love it.
