It is a wonderful place, the service excellent, great food (very important), beautiful common areas. Big swimming pools, good snacks. Five stars for them

Great hotel for relaxation with the family. There is entertainment in the nights for both children and adults. The food was great and buffet style. The seating arrangements were also sufficient. The birds fly over trying to get some food but this is inevitable as it is outdoor. There is also an a la carte restaurant where you have to book the day before. It is included in your stay of course.

There are 3 pools a large, medium and a small all go to a considerable depth. The pools also have the water warmed. The showers need to be run a little before the water can be a little warm though. It should have been able to get warmer.

The only issue was lack of access to the internet. The internet router was not located at the lobby but instead at the playpark for the kids. There are video games offered but sadly you must pay separate for this.

There is no access to the beach behind the hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and even though they don't speak english they treat you with kindness and patience.

For the price it is an amazing hotel to visit.

The stay in the hotel was amazing and the people were friendly and helpful and the food at guayamuri restaurant was fantastic and the restaurant staff was friendly and nice from Jimmy and Allison osbourne 👍👍👍

The staff is very king and helpful .it is located in the middle of all the atractions a water park which is 3 mins away and a amusement park very close by
