I’ve had cell service with Sprint for several years now & we love it. This past upgrade I ran into some snags. The staff there was very helpful & tried to correct the issue. Christina Thompson is my go to person. She goes above & beyond to help! I truly believe she is the Best!! She is very helpful & knowledgeable when it comes to her job!

This is a friendly and helpful Sprint store. Very knowledgeable especially for not being a corporate shop. The workers are well informed and genuinely help you get the best bang for your buck at this location. I'd highly recommend it for your Sprint needs.

We just upgrades today and had the best experience! Scotty took care of us and was excellent! He was patient with us and very kind. He answered every question we had. Very satisfied with our new phones!

We bought 2 new S22 Utra 5G
It begin troubles in day one. No one in store know how to correct. The manager have no
Knowledge.

I just moved to town I need to get a new cell phone because I cant get a signal here from my old provider, I went in to get activate my phone, they will not talk to me unless I have a Virginia ID... I explained it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the DMV to get me the ID and I am waiting for it.... they would not sign me up for a phone plan. I think they guy behind the counter was lazy and just didnt want to do anything... save your time find a different store
