Heritage Hall Rich Creek

I work with Odyssey Rehabilitation that provides contract therapy services at the facility. I have been working with this facility and it's wonderful staff for 6 years. Delightful, energetic and caring are just a few adjectives that describe the employees here. They have created an atmosphere that is welcoming to all that enter it's doors. Kudos to an awesome team!!

I enjoy working at Heritage Hall in Rich Creek. The staff is kind and friendly and the building is clean and beautiful. It's a wonderful place for our residents to call home. Our amazing residents and staff make a great team and I love coming to work everyday.

I have been working at this facility for 4 years and I love it! Our Staff goes above and beyond to make sure OUR residents feel like they are home. We have one of the best Therapy teams around if you ask me! Our Company motto is true when it comes to HHRC. "Our Family Exists to CARE for yours"

I recently began working at Heritage Hall Rich Creek and have been amazed at the incredible spirit of this building. Friendly and welcoming are two words that describe the team here. I have been in healthcare administration for several years now and I know this culture is not easily created.

Extremely caring staff and a lovely facility.

I understand that the director of nursing that was there when my mom was there, is gone. WITCH! Stupid and wrong.I was pulled into her office and informed that my mother would never leave there and to accept that. Mom has been home for a year.
What drove me out of my mind was the disturbing, irritating, LOUD, call light system. Somehow, some way, the staff could block it out. There was ZERO urgency to answer a call light. They rang and rang and rang. God forbid the nurses (LPNs) would answer a call light. Only the CNA's answer call lights, BUT ONLY FOR THEIR PATIENTS. If there is an issue that you need a Dr order, forget it. It will wait for days. We never did get a bedside commode. The cafeteria, Ugh. They pay no attention to where they seat patients. My parents were so turned off by having severe disabled clients seated with them making LOUD weird sounds. The workers are just oblivious to things like that. and you could not talk plus you wanted to catch the drool. Social worker people pretty good but always on the phone. PT/OT pretty good but there is no follow up with nursing staff on goals so when PT is not there you lose ground, especially weekends.

Terrible I was basically hired for a CNA position then I was told my position was filled because no one gave me a call . Feels Racially mot but won’t be working there ever … do better not hard to leave a simple voice mail ..
