I love Kroger! My Memaw always shopped here so it makes me think of memories with her ❤ Some of the great employees are still there from when I was a child. I like the app and mobile coupons, and of course gas points! The bakery is great, I've ordered lots of birthday cakes there and they're always great!

Every time we shop at Kroger Southside is a good experience. The store is always really straight and clean. Most of the employees are very very nice encouraging and helpful. Ginger is the one we always look forward to seeing. She is a great encourager very knowledgeable and always always nice. We look forward to shopping there. Everyone should have employees like her.

My favorite local grocery store. Awesome deals and great quality of food. Especially the produce my favorite. I eat more produce than meat and little processed food so that's important to me. The store is clean. Service is always friendly and prompt. And they seem to have a variety of other kinds of food most stores don't have. Not to mention the discounts! I hear they treat their employees well too. I don't know this first hand. But I couldn't not support a store that covers all their bases. We'll done!

GREAT selection not enough cashiers two is not enough cashiers for such a large store and people need jobs I refuse to use self check out I don't get paid to work here. come on people management get it together I won't stand in line for more than 30 mins then I'm gone you can keep your groceries. I'm not being rude the prices are high enough the least you can do is check us out and bag the groceries God bless US all

Love this location! But today I couldn't buy grapes because one of your associates was picking and eating grapes from the bags then putting bags back

I stopped in here to grab just a few groceries. The clerks were nice and I was there kind of late in the day so the store wasn't very busy. It looked clean and organized. The deli was nice and the produce looked good. I saw that this particular location offers grocery pickup.

Easy and quick to get in and out plus u earn gas points as well

Great Job! Mr Driver was very helpful. Every employee was spot on. In light of what we all are experiencing - A+. Thank you for making the first hour for the elderly and those with special circumstances.

The store was very clean and has a variety of produce. They even carried the Freshpet refrigerated dog food. Before I had to drive to Petsmart to get it. Saves a lot of time and driving. Check out clerks were very friendly and nice. I will shop there again.

I always have a good shopping experience at our Kroger! Went there today, and the cashier, Dekota I think her name was, was Super Awesome! Smiled the whole time, very nice, seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her job! Made great small talk while she rang me up.. She brightened my day in this world full of uncalled for rudeness that's taken over! Thanks girl! Stay great!

We had a delivery today. Jamie was the shopper and I just wanted rii say she did an excellent job. She is an asset to your company. .

This is my main grocery store,it's much better to shop during the day. Very busy at usual times. Lately rearranged,remodeling going on.

I visit this particular Kroger location frequently (more than once a week) and have never experienced poor customer service or encountered any type of situation that made me leave unhappy. The staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. Numerous times employees have gone above and beyond to help me whether I specifically ask for help or they voluntarily inform me of even more ways to save! The Kroger app is awesome when it comes to available coupons and comparison to other corporately ran businesses that provide gas stations, Kroger is the best at automatically offering low prices and the point system which allows you to reach multiples of $0.10 off depending on points earned ($1.00 spent is 1 point earned) but the receipt provides the option of filling out a short survey to receive 50 fuel points instantly. Thus making it even more easily obtainable to reach the 100 point mark that gives you the $0.10 off fuel. Kroger is by far the best all around and this location is my particular favorite due to the friendly staff I have always been impressed with.

Love the Irvin Cobb Kroger. Mr Gary in produce is so sweet. He will walk the store with me to find everything I need. Mrs Paula at the check out is so patient with me and very knowledgeable of the store. Thank You Krogers on Irvin Cobb.

Each visit I have at any one of the 3 local Kroger sites is good. Sometimes there might be longer lines that annoys some, but having been in management ,
I understand. Sometimes that is the cost of lower prices.

A grocery store not too big if a foot print. This Kroger location carries organic foods, fresh, non-perishables, frozen entre's, breads to name a few items. Friendly and helpful checkers/employees.

I drive a long way to go to kroger. Because they have the freshest produce by far better than any walmart Sam's club and all the other competitors by a long shot. Kroger knows what the ppl need and they always have it. Gary is the best produce person, cause EVERY time I come on here he always doing something over in produce! Always making it look good and everything. I think he needs a vacation or a promotion or a raise. Cause yes he is that good!!! Like I said I'd rather drive an extra 30 miles to get the good stuff that Mr. Gary puts out. Its so fresh and delicious. More importantly I know it's good for my children!!

The store is very well kept. The only thing that could make it better, is if there were not so many people there when I shop. I know they live it too.
