I went in to get a color matching pen for my Jeep. The man working up front asked me 3 times if I was going okay or needed any help. I asked him if he thought the pen I picked out would be sufficient and he told me honestly his thoughts which made me decide against my purchase instead of lying to me just to make a sale. Regardless of him losing a sale that day, that man won my respect and I will be coming back for every auto need I have to that store specifically just because of his genuine help and how he actually cared. The other man working was also very helpful in giving me advice. I wish I would’ve gotten both of their names for this review.

Had the wipers we needed, and after we struggled with installation came out to help, but couldn't figure it out either. At least they tried.

Tiffany was amazing when our alternator went bad on the way to a concert. I'm handicapped and she let me sit inside while my husband replaced it with the tools they loaned us. She even stayed late when the serpentine belt flew off. Top tier employee and person.

I have had to go a few times now since they opened and the employees were so friendly and helpful every time - it made me not want to shop anywhere else. The manager is so nice and eager to help. There was another employee that helped us 3 different times in one night and even allowed us to run home to see if a tool would work for my car (without making us go through a return/exchange process multiple times) and we thought thought that was just extraordinary customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Marvin helped my buddy and I purchase and replace a car battery. He's really personable and I'll definetly be back for future car needs.

The manager stepped up to help me. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about my vehicle. More so than the two fella's at O'Reilly's on 53rd and Meridian that shouldn't be allowed to sell lawn mower parts. It took her about two minutes to look at a picture and figure out what I needed. Great clean store with friendly knowledgeable people!

Amerys attitude and willingness to help was quite pleasant especially after the older lady was so un pleasant . Not sure she should be on the customer service end .
