This place is amazing honestly when i was visiting town couple weeks ago i stopped in as a i needed some juice and a couple coils when i walked in i was greeted by a nice African-American women named Kalypso she showed me some juices i hadnt seen and i bought one needed 4 coils and she went to the back and checked for me and found them all in all great experience and if im in town ill stop by again!

I love Tim and Wes. They always real chill. It’s a whole vibe when Tim is on shift. Lights and dope music playing. Kinda wanna just sit in there and chill.

Very very happy with the customer care that we received at this place. First time going there. Good selection of vape product but not overwhelming like some vape stores have become. I was able to get everything I needed on this trip.
The man working there was very impressive. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We talked about it when we left because we really felt valued as customers!
I will MAKE A POINT of coming back to this store even though I don't live nearby, because I so much appreciated how we were treated.

I have never had a bad experience here, ever! Whoever was working tonight had the most welcoming aura. I meet alot of people with my job but this guy was just the most coolest and most chill guy i have ever met. He's a good dude, hope he sticks around. All the people who work here are great, just saying.

Went to store and told one of the employees that my batteries had exploded in my device, he called his boss and told him what had happened and they replaced my device and batteries for free. They really know how to take care of their customers. Highly recommend them to any one who wants reasonably priced devices and juices.

this shop has EXCELLENT juice choices and very fine hardware. the staff are pleasant and quite knowledgeable whether you're a novice or expert. they use five star and their pricing is fair compared to many Kansas city shops. highly recommended.

The dude, Mario, is one of the best employees I’ve seen since I’ve first started going there! That Wes fella, he’s super good at what he does. Those two are the most helpful I see in the shop all the time! If you’re trying to stop smoking, go here if you’re in the area!

They have always been helpful to me and if they don't have what I need they order it for me. I'm still using the old style stick batteries and have never found any place else that will order for me or take time to help me find what I need.

I came in here tonight after my V2 broke this morning looking for something better.
These two handsome guys were so helpful and knowledgeable and had an ecig that I love even better than the one that broke. No button to push and hold, just inhale and enjoy. :)
I will definitely be coming here for my stuff from now on.

Went in for parts for the products I own and the rep didn't offer any solutions for me other than to shop somewhere else like an online store or I could buy a new vape costing me around $90. I just wanted a new stick battery or an adapter. He had good knowledge of Vapes but really only the ones in the cases. Went down the road to another smoke shop on Main St and the woman there tried everything she had to fit my needs keeping me in a small price range like I had intended. And I bought a new stick battery that I needed for my Justfog Q14 Clearomizer and it only cost me $10 and solved my problem. I will not be back at Airo Vapor but I will definitely be back at their local competition because she provided great customer service by being willing to find the right product for me to suit my needs instead of trying to gouge me with a high upsale.
Update: went in for new mod. Perfect gentleman assisted me. He gave me a great deal. Recommend going there!

Friendly and helpful . I bought juice and a coil. He put it in and cleaned up my mod and barrel without me asking. This is the first time I've been here and I'll definitely be back.

I'm up here at least once a week. They have the best prices in town. The customer service is amazing. They need more of a variety of products eg (RDA's, RDTA's, RTA's, non Smok products, non salt nic devices, bigger juice selection)

Best Vapor shop in the area by far! Great staff, always helpful and have a good atmosphere. The juices and hardware are excellent. Always bringing in new stuff for the customers to try. 10/10. Yea boi.

Have been going for about 5 years now. The staff is friendly and intelligent about the subject and juices are fair priced.

Really nice establishment. The vapes are all set up neatly. I tried the Blueberry Cake by Glas. Really good. Went for cookie butter which is my wife's fab. Highly recommend

Staff is always nice. Usually get my juice and coil packs from there. And now they stock Pennywise so happy

Had a struggle of a coil build, but got it figured out. Nice staff, great juice. Amazing atmosphere and the aroma inside is to die for.
