This visit was a good one. No wait at the gasoline pump. Got .20cnts off a gallon!! And a free 32OZ fountain Drink. The cashier was friendly. Only a short wait to get my merchandise rang up& paid for.

The clerks that i have dealt with usually in the evenings or very late nights at the Grant St. location, have always been very friendly, personable, knowledgeable. I would like to thank the staff that is working those shifts for all that they do and have put up with!! I certainly appreciate getting nothing less than the absolute best from these employees!!

Loved the 20 cents off a gallon discount they send out each week. Clean outside and in the restrooms.

Strictly a neighborhood store with some refreshments and sells only regular gasoline. No higher grades or diesel.

Now that 7-Eleven wants to be automated, the lines are terrible. There is only 1 cashier and there were 10 people in line. You can't use the automated line for gas, lottery, alcohol or if paying with cash. Makes for a long wait. And at shift change expect a 10-15 minute wait in line.

This store never keeps stock. They're always out of soft drinks , and when I brought my drink back 5 minutes later because it tasted like carbonated water, they made me pay for a refill although my cup was still full of their nasty soda. Seems like once a week they're also out of gasoline. Obviously in need of new management.

My Wallet was stolen off the counter and the manager Chelsea refused to give the follow up detective on the case any video footage nor help him in any possibly way . Other employees informed me that they KNEW who took it described the yellow vw bug car she was driving parked right in front of the camera.. she has been absolutely rude and threatening to remove me off premises when I have brung it up 2ce after months went by.

I purchased Lonestar Lineup promotion ($6.00 worth of tickets for $5.00), I was charged $6.00 for it. There were so many people in line I quit protesting, when the clerk look at me with a confused expression when I advised it should be 5 not 6. I wasn't going to hold up all the people in line over one dollar. There was only 1 cashier and at least 10 people in line. I would suggest buying your lottery elsewhere, somewhere that actually trains their employees on the lottery.

So apparently you can’t buy cigarettes at this store if your id don’t scan. Horrible service.

Needs a 0!!!! The manager Chelsea and her minions are disrespectful and plan out rude. Giving 7-Eleven as a whole company and the franchisee a bad name. All the employees including the manager needs to be fired and the store be completely restaffed with proper training on customer service etiquette. Given that I have been in multiple convenience stores in my life a peanut has better customer service than the individuals at this 7-Eleven.

Terrible staff. Super slow. Always an issue getting gas whether the clerks mess up or the pump is damaged. Bathrooms close early and are always gross.
