What a great store. Was able to find what i wanted in 2 second's literally. Spent an hour or more at another shoe store couldn't find anything i liked. Nice selection and friendly staff.

First time at the store. A nice young lady named Cache help me find the right size shoes in the right width. I ended up walking the long way around the parking lot because my New Balance shoes were so comfortable. Very happy with the experience and the service. I was pleasantly surprised. Although they didn't have everything in store, it was very easy to purchase one pair and then have one shipped. The associate at the register was very helpful and friendly.

Everyone here was amazing. I went in with three returns from three separate purchases. I'd had two of them for a little while but was unable to get the return done earlier due to having surgery.

I expected to be told that there was nothing they could do, but the cashier was pleasant as could be, and assured me that at worst I'd get a store credit (fine with me).

The manager was quick to respond when the cashier had questions, and was really pleasant as well.

It was a really good experience! And I bought another pair of shoes that fit perfectly. 😊

Visit was 9 December 2019. I wanted to get out early and do some shopping and was so thankful for this store’s hours. Early hours – Yay! Did buy two pairs of shoes. The store was set of nicely for me and I could shop in peace. The staff was helpful and store very neat and clean. Found shoes I have been looking for but could not find in other locations in my size. If in this area again, I will stop in.

Thomas was absolutely wonderful, professional, friendly, and hilarious! Thomas assisted my husband and me with purchasing shoes for our son today. He knew what we needed and helped out before we asked. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Great new place with a large selection of shoes. Bot any selection in wide widths however, the clearance area had wonderful deals. The staff is very engaging and helpful, they are really there when you need them. I will be back!

The Clearwater store didn't have the exact shoe I wanted, but Tom was amazingly helpful. I wasn't sure whether I'd be a 9 or a 9.5, but Tom measured the length and width of my feet (apologies for the chipped nail polish!) and helped me order exactly what I wanted. Can't wait for my shoes to arrive! Truly great customer service. Thanks, Tom! I'll be back!

Great selection of brands and sizes. Ordered online and was able to pick up within hours. If size is not available in store then shipping is an option. Inventory changes out regular so it's best to shop often.

Awesome selection of shoes...Florsheim for work. I experienced very friendly staff and they provided awesome customer service. They made me feel very inviting. I will shop there again for another pair of shoes. Great experience!!!

Every single time I go to the store I get the greatest help from the salespeople, easy to find things, and just love love love their clearance department!! So much to choose from! It's a must go to shoe shopping frenzy! Can't wait to go back!

Very good variety of shoes and prices

First, This store has a newer look / floor plan so it will look different from the other dsw stores.

It’s been difficult to find shoes that fit my style in this city that don’t cost an arm and a leg so I was happy that this dsw location is now open. I received the best customer service from Thomas and Terry. Thomas has helped me twice with my online order, gave me credit so I wouldn’t lose my coupon since I had to make a return. I would definitely shop at this location again. 🙂

Went to the store at Tyrone, they didn't have the shoes i wanted to exchange from a purchase at the Tampa store. Tyrone store called Clearwater who had the shoes. They pulled the shoes out of srock and had them sitting at the register for me! In and out.. while at the register I saw another pair of shoes someone had returned, cashier called back and they brought my size up to the register for me. Talk about service! Thanks DSW for hiring great staff!!!
