Excellent, fast service with Amazon returns. I read the other review about someone who had a bad experience with an Amazon return and apparently just that one UPS employee really needed retraining. I have only had good experiences here. Everyone has been very helpful in my experience. But I’ll be cautious about Amazon returns after reading that one review about that employee who clearly didn’t know how to handle the situation. If you read the Amazon instructions, you’re not supposed to repackage the item. You’re supposed to let the UPS employee handle that. If it came in a bag, you can use the same bag, but you repackage it. But a little bit of customer service skill would have gone a long way with that situation, and telling them it would be $10 for tape is ridiculous. I have only had excellent experiences at this location. But honestly, now I’m a little concerned. Good customer service is extremely hard to find these days.

Fast and easy transaction returning my Amazon order with Maria. She was very polite and efficient. The store was clean and the best thing was no crowds. Don’t forget your UPS store on Gulf To Bay. They will take care of all your needs.

I come here regularly and the staff here does an amazing job! Maria was particularly helpful with assisting me in returning a package. I will continue to come here for all my packaging and mailing needs.

Just went in to make 5 amazon returns. Jacob was quick, efficient and friendly. For a Friday morning, it can't have been any easier than this. Less than 7 mins total to bring in and get my returns scanned. Great work UPS! 🌟

Jacob was efficient and extremely helpful! I even witnessed him helping a customer who mistakenly brought a competitors package in there (Fed Ex) find the closest location 🤗 Great customer service.

Hello! I needed to return an item via UPS this morning. I was second in line when I walked in the store. I was approached very friendly, with a big smile on his face, by a young man named Nate. Immediately, he asked me how he could help me. He assisted with what I had to return, gave me my receipt and smiled again to me saying: Have a nice day Ma^am and have a Merry Christmas! What an asset this young man is to UPS! Thank you Nate! 😊👍🏻

My wife and I love the crew at this UPS store. We receive packages there and go at least once a week to pick them up. They take great care of our purchases and we are always warmly welcomed.
These guys are the best.
