Love the ice cream and the little grocery store is perfect to grab a few extra items. Friendly customer service

Everyone was very friendly, courteous and professional. I got my food in an acceptable time. The food was hot and very good. The fries were too salty for my taste, but everything else was good.

Got a bag of burgers, extra ketchup and they were fresh, not cold. The strawberry shake was also good! The place was comfortably cool. Just what I needed this hot Kansas afternoon!

This is one of the best Braums restaurants I've ever been to. Everything is delicious here.

Food was prepared properly, hot, made fresh! Ice Cream is ALWAYS AMAZING! Lawren who was the cashier/person who also went to assist in preparing our meal was sweet, polite, and super professionally kind.

Pleasant experience at Wellington Braum’s store, today! Employees were buzzing around the kitchen and counters, working cooperatively and efficiently, as customers were served from the counter, as well as the drive through window. The grocery staff was also efficiently serving customers and observant of his surroundings, ready to assist. The dining area was clean and free of clutter. When I informed the front counter staff that they were doing a great job, they said that they appreciated hearing that. The ice cream orders were all delicious and well prepared. I felt comfortable eating inside the store, where social distancing was observed. Tables were clean, too! The coffee was a bit cooled down, but was actually very good. Thanks to Mary and Co-management ( whose name I didn’t catch). Kudos!

Always pleasant service, good food, and great ice cream at a very fair price.

We make a special trip to town to get our milk. It lasts longer - well, if the grandchildren don't drink it all first. They have the best egg nog - better than my homemade. Their breakfast is really good and they have really good sandwiches. Their ice cream is really good as well. The place is very clean and service was good.... Time waiting for our food from the time we placed our order was around 7 minutes which beats a lot of the fast food places!

1. Everything we ordered was above reproach in every respect. I had a BBQ grilled chicken sandwich that was both stacked with an excellent choice of condiments and very flavorful. The chicken poppyseed salads we're generous and really well-prepared. They also came with a 6-oz container of cottage cheese that is as good as any I have ever tasted; fresh and firm and zero artificial aftertaste. 2. And hereby hangs a tale. I ordered, to go, two more of the chicken salads because of all the comments at the table of how generous and well prepared they were. I then watched a young man, rather tall, prepare these excellent salads with his uncovered hair over top of the food prep area. I asked him why he did not wear a head cover and was told corporate policy allowed this as long as his hair did not extend below the collar of a shirt. In talking to a manager I discovered this is an actual policy. Again, the food was above reproach but institutional food prep hygiene practically and clearly says you don't allow head hair to fall into the food. I don't ever want to receive anything that requires a haircut. Whether Braum's will take my verbal comment or this review seriously remains to be seen. Great place, bad food prep policy.

Absolutely phenomenal!! I am gobsmacked that they have a full diner, ice cream shop AND a small essentials market in the same place and the employees are so friendly and happy to help! 100% recommend.

This braums in Wellington Kansas is the the cream of the crop as far as I am concerned! Employees are super friendly. Being I have never been to braums: they were ever so helpful in making my decision making a super smooth experience. I live in South Carolina: I just noticed we only have like 1 braums in South Carolina and that is myrtle beach s.c.. just over a 2hour drive away. Just wish we had a braums a little closer.

The manager is very customer service oriented! He is also always watching, ready to help. Wish all stores had this kind of service!

Love Braums. It's like visiting an old time soda shop. Good burgers and fries. They even sell a good selection of dairy products, and other food items in their grocery store.
