My family enjoys shopping at this store inside and online. I like the vibe inside the store. It's calming and brings back a lot of good childhood memories. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Chris working there was great. He was the only employee on the clock and he was answering the phones, doing a trade in while answering questions.

After prolonged difficulty with the App and glitches with our Pro-membership being ignored, the employees here really went above and beyond to make up for our previously bad service.

Them going above and beyond has renewed our faith in this store. We will definitely be back.

I’m not sure which manager was working today around 330 but his customer service was amazing! Thank you for helping me with my issue and immediately having a solution. Not many people care to help customers be satisfied with their experience anymore but he really did go above and beyond.

Manager helped me with a huge issue, Wii U wouldn't read discs and I didn't have all the correct information to work with to get it fixed. However, with the information we did have, he made it work. Saving my night. He also had a really cool military story, very interesting to listen to. Thank you very much.

I like the calm but exciting vibe kinda like how it give that blockbuster store environment quiet exciting and always looking for something new it's clean staff are fun and usually will to chat about the game

Never really had a problem shopping here. Yeah, the prices are a little higher than other pre-owned stores, but I feel the quality of item is much better. Not to mention the employees at this particular store are insanely friendly. I have had zero problems getting what I needed here. If they don't have it, they will find it for me. They make amazing recommendations for what my gaming needs are, such as great RPG's when I had to be off work for a while due to an injury. This store is doing something right in my opinion.

this is my GameStop I absolutely love this GameStop it's freaking awesome the people here are freaking awesome they're helpful they don't judge you right the second you walk through their door they're not rude they're very helpful considerate patient they're awesome my kid can talk to them and he's not like interrupting or annoying them I liked it I got a very good feeling from them and I will definitely go back

Called tristen answered all my questions we stoped in and tristen help us out with everything we needed he was very kind and understood what we needed thank you for being such a good person. Keepup the good work.

I tried searching for a a few products putting the worker out of his way, he offered help searching, searched through his whole store and other locations. He even looked up other business's, I could possibly find these accessories. Very polite, very professional. I will definitely be shopping here. His name he went by was simply cass. Thank you!!!! Usual game stop location. I stopped in for an old system controller, didnt have any in stock but was extremely helpful in helping direct my business to getting what I was looking for! Clean store great modern system selections... I always reccomend shopping local, but when in a pickle This stop will always do for anything modern...
