The only reason I’m giving this an 5 star rating is because Austin is AMAZING! He was the only person there and juggled countless customers like a pro, with a high level of professionalism and a smile on his face even though he was stressed to the bone. I recommend this store for Austin’s customer service alone. Wish I could say the same for the other associates. They never even acknowledge we are in there when we pop in. It’s a shame. Tonight, one associate left Austin all alone even though there were tons of customers coming in. It was disgraceful to see. Perhaps if the manager worked with the other associates on what working like a team looks like along with training on customer service change will come. 🤷🏻‍♀ thanks again Austin for all your hard work! Your dedication to your customers is greatly noticed and appreciated.

The Verizon store on 12th Ave is the best! Dillon helped me set up my account and did a wonderful job! Store was clean and all the reps there were very inviting. I will be back for more lines on my account, and I recommend everyone else to go to this store!!

Nicole was amazing! She had us a new phone, all data transferred, and out the door in about 30 minutes! The only thing should could do better, is slow down while explaining details! My father in law is in his 80’s and struggled to keep up with everything that was being said!!!

I dropped my phone in the lake and needed a new one asap. Dillon was so helpful. I’m disappointed that no one has offered or mentioned the business plan to save me money. I’ve been w verizon and have had the same number for over 21 years. He explained how it worked and set me up. I was in and out in an hour w my new phone and plan. Dillon is the 1st person I’ve taken the time to give feedback on and hopefully he’s credited for his great customer service.

My boyfriend and I needed to upgrade our phones today and Ryan helped us out. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made every step of the process easy. Not many places have that quality of customer service. Thank you for your help!

Lisa is so awesome great customer service. Also I'd like to add the entire staff there had a great attitude were all in a good mood and seem to all work great together and have a great time with their jobs. Lisa is amazing at helping the customers understand things better and relive the stress. Because I'm in this store allot and have personally seen her and the staff do a great job with customer service. I have seen some pretty frustrated people walk in there and the same people always leave with satisfaction and a much better attitude. I will never use another store for my Verizon needs I love all the people there they relate and help you on a personal and professional level. I couldn't possibly ever stop having good things to say about this store. Because we all know how some businesses can be. I highly recommend this store to all people. Even my daughter just got a phone and a plan there she loves it and so do I it's straight forward.and if I have any problems or questions Lisa is very quick to respond and very nice and most helpful.

The staff at this store rock! I went in to switch over our plan to a business account. Tony has been a tremendous help. He has been in contact with me to double check that everything has transitioned properly. I would highly recommend the awesome staff at this location. They are all so friendly and helpful. I definitely will be back. Thank you!

Made a 10 AM appointment but could not get the app to work to check in. Got there early so masked up and went in. Staff not wearing masks, from the outside the store looks dark and closed but when I walked in was greeted by Joey, explained the problem with my mom’s phone and was helped quickly, courteously, and free! Everyone that came in while I was there was treated the same way. Was not pressured to but a new phone to fix the problem so I appreciated that! I would highly recommend especially considering the trouble my mom has had at the Verizon exclusive store on Blvd!

We specifically came to this store because of Braden-he is amazing! Braden is super knowledgeable, extremely reliable, and to top it off, he is personable. We followed Braden from another store. We consider him our Verizon “go to” - Verizon would do well to promote him and keep him for as long as they can. He is a gem!

I was so happy with the service and attention that I was shown by all the staff at this store. Tony was especially attentive to my needs. Before I walked into the store, I was very frustrated on how to set up my voicemail and auto pay. Tony made it all so easy and showed me how to simplify everything on my phone. They even had treats for my puppy. This is the only Verizon store I will now always use. Thank you Tony for making things so easy and simple.

Our service rep did a fantastic job helping us port a phone and a number from a T-mobile account to our Verizon account. He was knowledgeable, professional, and fast with the service.

This Verizon location is by far the best I have encountered. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and received service as quickly as possible. The assistant manager Gage helped me out, and he is by far the best consultant I have worked with! He made me feel comfortable and got me a great deal. I am so happy I ended up at this location (I live in meridian) and will make the drive because this location is so awesome!
