i recently had an issue with my gamestop pro account going to -40,000 points because of fraudulent activity, but i won’t even go into detail about it all here because it was such a headache. over the course of a month, i dealt with at least 5 different gamestop employees, multiple calls to gamestop pro customer service, and more. no one would help me.
that was until i stopped in at this gamestop location and spoke to an employee named Ronny/ Erin (i’m not sure which name she prefers). she looked into the issue i was having in depth and called 3 or 4 different gamestop higher ups. i left my phone number and name with her so she could call me back when she had any updates. a couple hours later she called and told me that my account points should be back to normal soon. next day, my account points went back to normal.

Ronny/ Erin is the most kind, helpful and caring gamestop employee i have had the pleasure of speaking with. she solved this issue i had in one single day, that i had been trying to beg gamestop customer service to help me with for over a month.
PLEASE give Ronny/ Erin a RAISE ! she could not be more deserving, she absolutely went above and beyond for me.

I was able to order a steering wheel set and pick it up in-store here for my son's Xbox. It was a super-quick Birthday Present shopping trip! Worked perfectly out of the box!

They saved the PlayStation earbuds for me like they promised

Helpful friendly service. If they don't have what you want they will check quickly other nearby Gamestops.

I don't remember their names, but the two working today went above and beyond standard customer service. Plus they behave like actual people, not just staff trying to get you in and out. The time they took to interact was incredible. If I got service like this at a restaurant, I'd be tipping above average.

The best GameStop around. I called and went into three different GameStop locations after receiving a defective console. Every single employee said that there was nothing they could do even though I had the extra warranty for it. After speaking to the manager at this location he was able to order a replacement and he even followed up periodically to make sure he didn't forget about me when ordering a replacement. That's great customer service.

My son and I had a great experience here! Jordan the manger was a pleasure to work with. He took his time to answer ALL my questions even let my son play a few games on his game system to make sure this was going to be a perfect system for my son. We have now had the system for a few days and he LOVES IT!! Thank you Jordan for transitioning my son over to the Nintendo Switch. Happy momma here!!

Very knowledgeable service. I've dealt with the two sales people a couple of times. Very helpful and friendly it's nice to see that in the service industry these days.

Staff is absolutely incredible. I'm a Vinyl collector rather than a gamer and they always offer to help but let me browse. They'll check on you but don't sit and watch you or follow you around like some stores. If there's specials going on they make sure you are aware so you can save money. They always offer to track down something if they don't have it. All Game Stops are small but this one rearranges their displays to make it as spaced out as possible. I've been going to this store since it was Funcoland back in the 90s and the service here is just fantastic.

I've been coming to this store for years and i have never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful (to what extent they can be being that some questions I have information hasn't been released yet). They are kind, friendly and always willing to give great advice on great games to play. There are 3 stores in Rochester and of them all ts is my favorite even though I'm actually close to the two others...... LONG LIVE GAMESTOP

Great place with incredible people. I buy and trade there often and have never had issues. The workers are friendly. I bought a wii u that kept giving me problems and Kealan the worker helped me out and was able to fix many of the problems i had. Would recomend to any person in need of game
