I bought a pair of Sketchers the other day from this DSW which was a bit of a drive for me but they were the only store that even had these particular shoes i was looking for. Rob was the one who helped me and he was FANTASTIC! Customer service is a lost art and Rob was super polite and helpful. So nice that I felt I had to write this review. Store was nice, clean, and had a good selection. Once I need another pair there is no doubt I'll make the trip again. Thanks again Rob!

The salesperson couldn’t find the match for the boots I was buying so she ordered a pair for me to be shipped to my house for free. She gave me a discount on top of my 30% coupon that took a lot of money off the price. The salesperson could have sent me to another store but ship them to me even though I live down the street.

I purchased a pair of boots here and with in 4 months the heal broke on one of them. I took them back to the store without a receipt and they were able to look up my purchase from customer service and gave me full reimbursement towards the purchase of another pair. What a great staff and Rosanna was wonderful.

The employee that helped me at this location went above and beyond. Her name is Julia and even though they were closing within twenty minutes she never made me feel rushed.She was very busy cleaning up but still took her time out to make sure we could order the hard to find shoes that I wanted, I asked her so many questions and she still was very friendly and more then happy to help.
