AT&T Store

Morgan was wonderful with all of my family’s needs and definitely went above and beyond to help us. She made switching carriers effortless and, although she had to do a lot of hand holding, helped everyone get exactly what they wanted. The deals were amazing and we couldn’t beat the price. Highly recommend the Salem AT&T store! I will definitely be sending friends!

I had to switch plans due to the NIGHTMARE that was Verizon🤮🤬 and this store was 10x better. Clean building, friendly staff, and people who are actually knowledgeable. I had a lovely young woman named Racquel who was a pleasure to work with. She even convinced me to add protection on my phone! Get this; I nearly broke it just a week after! So shout out to her for knowing me a little too well! LOL

I came in a few weeks ago to ask a question about my phone. Denny helped me solved the problem then he went on to check my account and ended up going above and beyond to save me money!

I see a lot of the lady's getting praised on here wanted to take the time and say that the gentleman ( Isaiah and Tim ) in the 4515 Tuscarawas St W, Canton, OH 44708 store were very helpful and polite and had all the answers to all my questions. Will Be recommending this store to all friends and family

Ryan the manager was a ton of help! Super kind, and very patient as we switched from Cricket and upgraded to two new iPhones! Everyone in the store was super kind, and welcoming! Ryan was able to answer all of our questions, and was still able to get us in and out like we wanted! Highly recommend going to the Salem store, as AT&T in alliance had horrible customer service skills!

I thought the process of switching services and keeping numbers was going to be really annoying, but thanks to John it was the most simple interaction I’ve ever had at a phone store. Would definitely recommend him and this AT&T store!

I came in for an upgrade and a apple watch Sunday and we had the best experience we’ve ever had at an AT&T. Alex and Kyle were so kind and respectful and they did a great job. Will recommend this store to everyone i know!

I came in this morning not happy about my bill, I met Joey and he helped me save money and got me brand new internet!

Store was clean and staff were friendly as always when I come and pay my bill! The new manager Braden welcomed me first and introduced himself. Charming kid!

AT&T was such a great swicth from Verison. Me and my grandson Vencezo came to AT&T looking for a new phone and a deal and that what we got. I would deffenitly recomend AT&T to all my friends and relatives.

Alex at the Salem, Ohio store is amazing!!!!! I cracked my screen and ended up needing a new phone and I was completely devastated. Alex took care of us and I am more than pleased with his service!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right phone for my lifestyle (nursing school) and exceeded my expectations!!!
