Good and correct prices, friendly & helpful staff. Had what I wanted.

Great store, carriers a lot of the necessities and more. Friendly customer service. Ok pricing on items. Usually have items in stock. Organized.

Since I work there I would say it is a wonderful place

Really good sandwich spread. Prices aren't bad, store is clean. Very excited because they have frozen breaded chicken wings, and every other store is always out of Minute Maid orange juice in small bottles!

Always have friendly service. Can almost always find whatever I need. Family has been going there over 40 years.

Update: If you are looking for Bakery items please visit the Columbiana location as the Salem location has closed it's bakery.

VERY SAD INSTEAD OF HIRING A BAKER THEY CLOSED THE BAKERY NO MORE DONUTS CAKES FRESH BAKED BREAD AND BUNS. NOT GOOD AT ALL. THEY FIRST CLOSED THE LEMON TREE NOW BAKERY. WHOEVER IS MAKING THESE DECISIONS SHOULD JUST RETIRE AND STOP. THEY ARE HORRIBLE IDEAS ONLY GOING TO LOSE HUGE BUSINESS!! REOPEN LEMON TREE AND THE BAKERY. SIMPLY HIRE A EXPERIENCED BAKER.

Sparkles has a great deli and has all the necessities one would need. Although some stuff is on the more expensive side... It's a great store that has been in this town for many many years. We shop here all the time.

Went in for a gift card and thank you card had a decent supply of both great employees

I wouldn't do an entire grocery list here but I'm impressed with there neat counter. Pricing was competitive and quality looked very good

Manager is an ok guy... not warm and fuzzy and naturally suspicious... BUT that's his job, AND to his credit he is like that with EVERYONE! He doesn't appear to profile... ymmv.

The staff, every ONE of them are helpful and friendly..

The deli foods ARE better than fast food... and over all I have never been disappointed.

The bakery though is a gsm.. you will be amazed at the Apple fritters and the multigrain soudough!

Customer service was above and beyond. Everything clean, well stocked, good variety, fresh meat and produce. Bakery is delightful too.

They are always friendly and they are ready to help when they need it. I prefer shopping there over Walmart. Great service and even greater people.

Name brand foods, if you need anything just ask. They'll help you take your groceries to your car and load them. Very nice and bright place.

Always an opportunity to purchase great meat and deli deals. Sparkle brand items are of quality shelf, and the bakery is always fresh!
